I'm trying to grind my stats in the torture rack club, but fawn sessions (pony play, etc) give me no stat increase. Is that normal ?

Fawn's sessions don't give exp right now. I could probably change that though.

Check the Strip Club, Dinner, and Rock, then talk to her (note: this will remove the option to have fun with Alissa)

I can't seem to gain any experience from any of the activities at the Torture Rack. Is this a bug?

It's semi-intentional, as it's not really suited for grinding with how much text you have to go through. I could consider making her activities give exp, but would also need to limit how often the player can do them

Next release focuses on UNA gallery party, and a new character's events. Gonna mainly be focused on stuff in existing areas for the time being, since there's a lot that's WIP right now!

Yes, but it's by far the easiest. There's also the underground fight club which might be worth it if you have high stats, and the milk farm which is fun if you like milking but doesn't provide much money. Plus of course fishing, though again it doesn't make much money.
