My god this is so overrated.

The art is good, but the gameplay and the writing are TERRIBLE.

None of it makes sense. Nothing leads to anything else. Progression requires completely random actions with no clues or logic. You must rely on the hint system for every single step, and it's not possible to vary or make choices about anything.

Like, I need to progress with a character in the kitchen, but she won't talk to me right now. I first have to go talk to an unrelated NPC for no reason, then a second NPC who hands me a grappling hook, which lets me climb to a new ledge where I find nothing. Then I have to go back to another room I was in earlier, break down a wall, find a secret photo, and show that to yet another NPC. That somehow that triggers a love interest on the other side of the building to progress to their next step.

It's like somebody found the worst examples of stupidity from 1980s pixel-hunt adventure games, and put all the bad stuff in this game, and then dropped a bunch of lewd scenes in between.

Look at a gallery of scenes. Don't waste your time trying to play this.

One of the better porn games out there. I remember watching the trailer, back when the game first came out. Which is more than 6 years ago now. Remember playing the game back then and being blown away. However, I think the game has aged a little poorly. The reason why I think this is became I ended up using the hint rather often because it was not all that clear on what to do. The animation the game uses is actually pretty decent, and still holds up to today's standards for porn games (I mean it might even be higher tbh). The ladies are decent, could have been much better imo, but can't complain too hard (after all these years I still remembered Amanda Bancroft, she is definitely my fave ). But the best part is the overall story, Jesus, that is actually good, and I am still so surprised now after re-playing it. So Lust Epidemic gets a 4 out of 5 stars from me. Very good game overall. I will now download and play the other games that come after. I have played Treasure Of Nadia but that was a long time ago as well, so I will play the games again and rate them as I go. I would recommend that if you have played this game, you should also go and play TON as that game is a sequel to this one made by the same devs. I also recall that TON is even better than this one. Wow!... this was one of the first titles I played...
I have a special affection for it because its story, design, progression, and interface are all 10-star... a game that's super fast to finish because it's so entertaining.
The MILFs... wonderful... Valeri and the nun were my first love... hahaha.

Lust Epidemic may be NLT’s first big project, but wow, it already feels legendary. The atmosphere, the mystery, and the unique “trapped in the monastery” story makes it stand out from most adult games. Every character is memorable — from innocent Alia to mysterious Madelyn — and the way relationships slowly grow gives the game real depth. What I loved most is how it mixes puzzles, humor, romance, and heat in one smooth flow. Even with its older graphics compared to later NLT titles, LE has its own special charm. The soundtrack and dialogue pull you into the world, making the ending hit even harder. If you’re starting the NLT journey, Lust Epidemic is the perfect beginning.

I believe most people were introduced to this game after playing the sequel Treasure of Nadia.

This game has a good mystery setting. You're confined in a mansion during heavy rains and must solve a series of puzzles to get by. The mature content starts slow but eventually gets traction as a NPC there has a love potion that works wonders in turning any women in a sex craving slut.

Puzzles here aren't as good as they were on the sequel, but they are still awesome. No non-sense stuff like it was common on early adventures. Still, you may find yourself looking at a walktrough from time to time, especially for discovering hidden key locations.

Everyone who liked Treasure of Nadia or Genesis Order should play this one.

I finished this game a few days ago, but since I’m new to F95Zone, I’m writing my review now. I think it’s a great game to start a series with. (I know there are sequels, and I’ll definitely play them too.) The quest system was more varied and fun compared to most RPGM games. The women were very enticing. (Yes, I like them thick.) But what I loved the most about the game was the atmosphere. It really captured the feeling of being stuck in a certain area due to a storm, along with a strong sense of underlying mystery in the background. I can’t give this game anything less than 5 stars.

Cool game with fresh gameplay on PRGM for its time and amazing story with progression.
Rendered scenes are high quality as well as animations. This is a real game, no some point and click or VN, so expect to solve puzzles, complete quests and read the story.

For the time it was made the quality in this game is pretty good; in the sound department the voice work is good but at a times it feels a bit directionless, the music themes used are familiar but do te job well, the renders are good but judging by the future titles in the NLT catalog they could be better, that's how it usually is while improving the craft. Now the wrinting isn't anything to write home about, porn logic galore, but if you can put that aside the experience is enjoyable. The gameplay is very simple, your classic puzzle experience, go find x item and talk to x character to get the story going with a good amount of unlockable content. It took me 10 hours or so to 100% the game and I think NLT did a good job.

The first of the NLT game series, Lust Epidemic has both great sex scenes and a compelling story.

While it's an older game, the sex scenes are great and hold up, they are both creative and well done. There are 4 main girls, 3 milfs and one nun, there is also Violet and Elizabeth who are introduced around halfway through the game. Unlike the sequel games, Lust Epidemic only has 4 main girls, instead of 12, but it works great to keep the number of characters lower.

Gameplay is simple, a point and click game where you explore your surrounding to find items and progress the story, nothing special but it adds a nice gameplay element.

The story is great, there is an air of mystery from start to finish and its very compelling to go through the story and peel away at the layers of mystery the game has.

Overall it's a 10/10 game

The first of the Ntl virus saga. Graphically excellent with beautiful women and various kinks. Fun to play and not too easy. Story that continues but this chapter is self-contained, the player will not be left halfway. What raises the rating is the development that took only one year. Kudos to the developers.

The game is really fine, the video quality not so much given its just images repeating over and over. Other than that its good, the level design is clean and didnt suffer any bug. The main girls are amazing and the scenes are good af.

For me this game is average, is a little boring, so you are mostly skipping every dialogue and is too much long for what you need to do, what i mean by that is that most of the time, you will waste more time to go from one place to another that doing the actual quest, even with a very fast character. The "hints" are sometimes ususless and without a guide is almost impossible to get to the end. The pregnancy is just an ending for me because the fact that Violet is pregnant but you can't actually fuck her, just at the end of the game. About the food in the game there is just one thing that can be said to give a good description, and that word is "Disgusting", Honestly i see that probably an american created the game or maybe someone who don't know ANYTHING about actually food. When i was doing the quest to prepare some pasta i said "well let's see what type of the 600+ variations of pasta they decide to put in" and after that i saw "alfredo pasta" or whatever is called, like WTF? and after i look for the ingredients i was just about to throw up so i skipped everything about that until the scene ended. The sex scenes are actually good and some scenes are even funny like the shotgun incident. In total i put 3/5 because is honestly a good game but low pregnancy stuff, sometimes hints were ususless and i almost throw up at the "food" preparation. Even without considering the "food" thing the total remain a 3/5.

Lust Epidemic is an all-time favorite game of mine due to many reasons. From the sexy cast of girls to puzzles, Lust epidemic delivers quite a good impression of NLT's talent.
It has aged a bit poorly since it's release but nonetheless LE is a grand entry to the nlt saga worth checking out.

The game is not "bad" but after reading the review I was like "omg this look so promising" and…

First, the scenario is here, it’s kinda cliché but that work I guess.

Second, the sex scene are awful, I skipped them after 3/4h of gameplay, why ? No dialogue, no build up, is just sex for sex. And scenes last 2 minutes at BEST. The use of "drug" to have sex is the biggest turn off for me, don’t get me wrong I love degenerate shit, but this kind of writing is bad and anticlimactic.

The girls are cool tho, I mean, the design. And for the boys.. It’s generic

And for the gameplay it’s fine, nothing much to say, if you play a lot of RPGM game you know what to expect.

In conclusion, it’s a not horrible game, but a horrible porn game, not getting wet/10

You do puzzles that are pretty simple for the most part until you have to find a tiny hidden item in a corner somewhere. Inventory is terrible. Couldn't find a questlog. When I skip the dialogue sometimes I don't know what I'm suppose to do but that's on me.

Art and Renders 7/10

Everything looks kind of dated but still holds up, the milfs are pretty hot imo and the story makes them hotter.

Amount of Content 10/10

This game is huge, I haven't actually finished it yet (I will) but I'm a few hours in. The porn is plenty.

I like this game much more than Treasure of Nadia. It’s a great game with a nice incest theme, good art, and an interesting story. Very enjoyable from start to finish. The characters and progression keep it engaging.

NLT Media really knows how to make a gamey adult game! Adult content and hardcore sex intermingled with puzzles is pretty entertaining. The only problem with the game is, it is relatively dated, meaning the animations can be hit or miss. The setting is pretty unique for a porn game as well, it sort of functions as a murder mystery with a creepy atmosphere. Multiple characters meet grusome deaths in this game, it's wild. However, the story and characters are pretty stupid, it's still a porn game after all and works within porn logic, but the game does try to make sense of this. No spoilers though! NLT also improves on his writing in later games in my opinion. Lust Epidemic sort of feels like a steppingstone from NLT's incestuous comics and short games to his more ambitiuous projects. The game's style is more reminiscent of his earlier projects, but it is the first one to really feed into the weird lore of NLT's video game universe and bring a story that can be expanded on. There are a lot of things in this game that don't feel as complete or as good as in later games, but one thing that NLT does surprisingly well is music. The soundtrack fits almos too well even if it is just stock music. Character design could be better though, and the animations are a bit too janky and robotic for modern standards. The game is still worth it to play though despite its age.

This game is well made and will satisfy you by having you figure out the mysteries of the game and through the very well animated sex scenes. Gotta love squirting milfs! I definitely think this game should not be skipped and deserves a playthrough even if the sequels tend to get more attention

I was a bit surprised about how good game of a game this was. I mean, it's a sex game - make no mistake. The majority of the game is you going out and having sex, it's hard making a good story out of that. It's a bit murder mystery, a bit goofy and funny at times. The only downside is this game comes over as very... rape-y.. at times, and creepy, and incredibly perverted. But I'm still going to go back and say; You try making a story line out of a game based off having as much sex as you possibly can.

The Controls, well.. they are legit one handed, easy to navigate around a with speed controls and fairly linear progression. You'll need to figure out some clues here and there and go back and forth a lot, but the puzzles aren't ones you'll get annoyed with and have to turn to a guide online to figure out what to do, and I'm not entirely sure on this but you should be able to get 100% on the game achievements by just playing the game. You may want notepad open for a few notes here and there but not bad. I finished it in about 2 days watching football on the side and was entertained enough by that.

For the girls, their bodies are roughly all the same, the voice acting is minimal, not bad but not great either. The scenes are quick and the dialogue is cheesy. There is a sequel coming out (or already is, just isn't available on Steam - which I hope it will be in the near future) that I'm hoping is a bit more improved.

All things said, I'd probably enjoy this game even if it didn't include the obvious elements that are highlighted. Solid maybe 7.2/10 game, but for a porn game, yeah it's a 9/10 as it's way ahead of the competition.
