I actually skipped the sex scenes and played it because of its story. Not kidding.
I'm generally into femdom and got disappointed regarding that. The quality of the characters details are not high end from my point of view. The sex scene are rather repetitive. Or lets say, when it comes to images and animations, it is always hard porn. Over the course of the game it just tends to be more women included at the same sex scene. The game would benefit from some more visuals that focus on erotic pictures between all the porn. From my point of few, all the animations are not that necessary.
But still, played it because of the story. That is a rather big achievement for such a game.

Incredibly boring. I hated how you're forced to run around doing utterly meaningless tasks over and over and don't get me started on the back-tracking.

There's no way in hell I would've ever finished this game without using a walkthrough. The "puzzles" are idiotic and the solutions make no sense, I have no idea how you're supposed to figure out that nonsense on your own.

The story is linear and as such there are no choices at all, and quite frankly the protagonist is a piece of scum.

I just wished the incest patch work but still a great game and wow again can't wait to play the Lust Epidemic Treasure of Nadia it looks like a sequel with the different main character with the previous main character cameo but I don't know.

Top notch artwork, animation, storyline and gameplay. Hell, I would suggest anyone who recently interested in adult games to start from this one. NLT know well how to make the story and gameplay enjoyable while making those cutscenes arousing. Waiting on treasure of nadia's updates now. Keep up the good work

After the intro it is tough to find where to start, but after getting going the game is really enjoyable and well worth the time spent. Using a walkthrough is helpful for reference when stuck, but most puzzles can be figured out on your own. Graphics in cut scenes are top notch. Strogly recommend.

This game is so corny and goofy in a too serious manner from time to time but it's fun. The scenes are good and the graphics are good, some of it is a bit off putting but that's just personal preference. All in all it's a solid game that I've enjoyed thoroughly.

This was my first true introduction to this type of adult gaming. What can I say, WOW!

It is a well rounded, well executed game with a real story and real gameplay that does not rely on grind to achieve results. I played this from a fairly early release and was impressed by just how polished and bug free it was.

I have since gone back and played some of NLT';s earlier work and can see how the gameplay has evolved. While it uses the RPGM system, I am glad that the author has not chosen to use the combat system, favouring instead a true adventure style with choices that make real differences to the evolution of the story.

I'm currently playing the sequel, Treasure of Nadia, and I can safely say that the quality and playability is maintained across all the games.

I usually don't like these games that make me feel like I'm playing a puzzle game most of the time instead of a porn game. Too much walking around or clicking stuff 'till you find the right thing to do just to unlock one damn scene.

However, playing Lust Epidemic with a little bit of help from a walkthrough was a very enjoyable ride. Very interesting story with great sex scenes, especially group sex.

It's a good game overall. The Plot is actually really good, it's engaging and interesting. I very much liked the ending. Honestly i didn't like paranormal stuff but it wasn't so bad in the end. I also didn't like the setting, an university which for me looked more like some dungeon. Music is ok and few voice overs are a nice addition.
Renders are rather better then worse but backgrounds were boring, it was pretty much always the same thing, same room with the same bed with few exceptions. More diversity very much needed. Animation are ok but nothing special. X Ray vision is a nice touch. Characters itself are good looking but for whatever reason for me they looked more like manga characters then from the game. But the girls very looking definitely very hot and sexy.
Gameplay is ok, some puzzles and secrets. For 100% walkthrough is needed.

This is a very, very complete game with actually a developed story behind the porn scenes.

The models are great, sex scenes are simple but there is all of what I ask for in a porn game.

Why do I only give it 4 stars? It is way, way too tedious, and thank god (haha) that a walkthrough exist.

Great game. A little too Milf oriented for my taste, but the puzzles, the story and dialogs were perfect. Walkthrough only needed if you want to 100% it. I didn't find anything missable, you can unlock everything on first playthrough.

In Lust Epidemic, NLT has not only one of the best adult games around, but a genuinely decent game even when compared against the broader market. The story is entertaining and Serum works well enough as a MacGuffin that you don't have to have a gold medal at the mental gymnastic olympics to justify character motivations. Puzzle solving and exploration are generally well thought out and strung together. Most importantly to me, NLT has avoided a serious pitfall with RPGM and kept their maps small, concise, and direct your movement well enough that you don't end up feeling lost. Even if you are stuck on what to do next, the integrated hint system does a good job of nudging you along without just hand-holding you.

Every RPGM creator on this site without a background in video game design should play this game as an example of how to do things well. NLT has earned my support on Patreon, and I look forward to playing Nadia upon it's completion.

This must be one of the best games the site has to offer. NLT has really nailed both the gameplay and the plot. The character design had me a bit hesitant at first, not gonna lie, but that lasted until I stoped looking at the cover and downloaded the game. The animations where actually really smooth, so you can really see how he has improved over the years. I am looking forward to playing the sequel for this series.

Just finished this game finally and I think Lust Epidemic maybe one of my Top 5 favorite games ever!!!

Some detractors wanted the main character to just be with one woman but obviously that's not the kinda of persona he has. He wants to Fuck and Fuck them all. Maybe a possible relationship with his mom solely could've happened ,especially, after their sex scene in the room when they both confessed their love for one another but... I'm overall pleased with the ending. I really liked the set of characters from Katherine to even Andy. Loved the supernatural demonic feel, the story was great to the very end. Bravo!!!

This game is awesome. I'm currently at 49% and the content is excellent. I would everyone recommed to try this! The Dev NLT Media is definitely one of my favourites. The quality of the animations is very good.

I was going to give this game a 2 stars rating but in recognition of the efforts by the developers that are very clear, it gets a solid 3 stars.

ART/VISUALS: 3D pre-renders with some very short animations. The models themselves are certainly way above the usual generic daz stuff and all of the people are unique looking and appealing. But I find super bizarre how the artist likes to place the models eyes way into the corners, to the point that the models always look like they are possessed by demons lol

While this game is made on rpgm, all the tilesets/items/menus and CG backgrounds are custom made and of high quality so plus points for that.

SEX SCENES: In terms of positions and stuff there are a lot of variety, but the devs where thirsty for that "animation" tag and I think the scenes would have been better being straight up static. You have like 3 or 4 frames MAX per animation and they all end up looking unnatural and robotic, super unappealing. Very bad animations in general.

GAMEPLAY: Super linear and boring. If this game was done instead in renpy and done away with the walking around trying to figure out where is the next scene to trigger, it would have been much better. Instead this severely pads the game and offers not even a bit of decent free exploration.

STORY/PLOT: Just average. There are much worse games out there with broken grammar and asinine dialogue, but on the other hand there isn't anything particularly endearing about the dialogue here either as the story won't win any awards or hold your interest for much time, and the dialogue in general often follows the most basics of porn game tropes, so... meh

CONCLUSION: Overall not a bad game. The high point is the high quality and unique 3D models as well as the custom visual assets. Everything else is either average at best (such as the sex scenes and story) or straight up mediocre (linear, bland and padded gameplay, animations).

The game is much less a game and more an excercise in following instructions Sometimes your objective Is clear. In those cases it just feels like you’re mindlessly going around checking off boxes since the game is extremely linear and you do what it wants, when it wants.

Other times the objective is very unclear at which point you just have to wander around, checking EVERY SINGLE ROOM, or follow a guide/hint. Either way, dolling directons.

There are a decent amount of puzzles, hidden secrets and some “metroidvania” style progression. The puzzles are mostly memorization, and the progression is linear, so it feels like more direction following. The hidden secrets and scavenger hunts are nice though.


There are clear examples of padding, where things happen just so you have to spend more time. Want to sleep with a girl? A rat steals her hat.


The girls are good. It’s isntersrognt o see milfs that actually look old. The models are of pretty good quality and the animations have their stiff moments but are good overall. though there’s a bit of uncanny valley. Everyone is an asshole but that’s a lot of western games.

The plot is actually fairly nice. A lot of the characters are dumb, and it’s predictable but there are some fun mysteries and things are always happening. There’s a surprising amount of turns and some okay detail.

It’s not perfect masterpiece but it is a good game

One thing though. The guys are ugly and hard to look at. All of them. Some of them border on boner killer.

Honestly the best RPGM game I've played in a long time. I didn't expect the level of detail that I saw. The story was interesting and it lasted quite a while. The scenes were hot and so were the girls, not just the quality of the scenes and renders but their personalities as well. Would definitely recommend this game to anyone, but especially people that don't usually play RPGM games.
