TL;DR
Underrated. I really don't understand why there's so much hate toward this game. Good visuals. Good H-scenes. Good writing. Okay story.
Story — 3/5
Yeah, I agree the second season was bad with superpowers and a stupid ending. That said, the first season was really interesting, and the third one is good — way better than the second. The "Groundhog Day" trope is perfect for an AVN, and I'm surprised it's so rare. A sandbox only makes sense in that type of story; otherwise it's stupid that you have to repeat the same stuff over and over again. In this game the time loop is handled pretty well — you gradually uncover characters' backgrounds with slightly different decisions every day. It's a kinetic novel wrapped in a sandbox, and I'm more than okay with it. Writing is surprisingly good.
Characters — 3/5
Most of the LIs are interesting, with different personalities. Characters don't exist in a vacuum like in many other games where, in LI events, you will interact only with her (or with a comically evil male). In this game the girls are interconnected and occasionally pop up in events of other LIs. The MC is a dumbass but it's funny to follow his silly decisions.
Visuals — 4/5
Technically the game is great. Good, clear renders — some models are overused, but the game is old so that's understandable. With the third season's total revamp of the environment the devs got rid of most old models (though I still think the old world was better). Animations are great — not perfect, but close: faces change, boobs jiggle. The only critique is that all the girls are too perfect, too plastic.
H-scenes — 4/5
Sex scenes are long, with good narration, dialogues and writing; most have some buildup. Many different angles and poses for animations. Starting early in the third season, devs removed the annoying scene progression via speed/pose buttons — now scenes have a natural, smooth flow. The biggest flaw is the exaggerated horse cock: it's comically huge and looks ridiculous.
Audio — 3/5
Chill, unobtrusive music. Yeah, it's generic but pleasant. The biggest plus is that it keeps playing all the time, unlike in many other games where you're in total silence half the time. Maybe that's just me — I like some background noise — but in those games it becomes too annoying to Alt+Tab to turn my playlist on or off every time the dev decides it's a good moment for a track; in most cases I just mute the game's music entirely.
No sex sounds, which is a shame.
