I looked at the reviews, and thought "how bad could it be?" and decided to give it a try anyway.

It's in the Godot engine, that's fine. Overly large download which means terrible image compression, whatever.

Boot up the game, and it's loud. Click on options, and there is no volume slider. Only an option to change the camera zoom speed and that's it.

Click new game, and I'm loaded into the world without any kind of introduction and the quest list doesn't even say "Talk to NPC" it's just empty. Move around by clicking and the character walks around. I try out other keys like WSAD... and then it moves the character but without any kind of walking animation. Just a T-pose. I also tried to figure out how to change the camera or camera zoom (since that was the only option in the options menu!) but none of the usual keys worked. I then promptly closed the game and deleted it off of my system.

If that's the level of polish for a first impression, I don't even want to imagine how the rest of the game looks.

Waste of bandwidth. Waste of time. I don't often leave reviews but this was just so bad I am writing this out of spite.

0.7.5 It's like someone trying out developing for the first time was experimenting and making little demos of 4 different games, and suddenly tried to mash them together. The body and face changes drastically between scenes and maps to prove this.

My biggest gripe though is you will end up getting frustrated and closing it down after 10-15 minutes because it has absolutely no direction or explanation on what things do.

The only reason I've given a 2nd star is because at least it's not another shitty HTML or RNPY clone and in a year or so if the dev listens it might actually be playable and enjoyable.

this could be a decent game in the future. but sadly, as of now, it's completely garbage. it's like a tech demo.

funnily enough, there were A LOT of patches since last reviews, and even after that many patches there are only 2 things which have some kind of "tutorial-like" info about it... it shows that on the map you use Power with right click... and you move your character with right click... the problem is, you move your character with LEFT CLICK. so after so many patches the only 2 things the game explains is half wrong. which is hilarious. if it wasn't so sad.

i dont think this game will ever be good it's so ass. so i cannot even give + points for potential. but who knows. but whatever the case, it's currently a hard avoid. you can encounter bugs and bad game design in 30seconds of playing. (for example you click the Menu button thinking that will have the Save function but rather that will actually quit the game to title screen and you lost your "progress" . truly a garbage game)

Four different monsters you can have a 10s H-Scene with.
A combat "system" that is, as far as I can figure, "mash the button as fast as you can and hope you get lucky".
A lore / universe / context that is so thin and transparent it probably should have those stickers they put on glass doors so that people don't faceplant in them.

Yup, this is a tech demo. Nothing to see here yet, move along. It's not hopeless, the animations are competent and the character design not bad, but I'll check back again when there is a lot more than that...

this feels like a tech demo at most. you'll be busy 10 minutes tops, and that won't even be satisfying. lack of content aside, the gameplay itself feels terrible. it gives you no incentive to do anything besides lewd gratification (which means losing fights, not that the combat system is anything to write home about). the little lewd stuff there is, is made of springy 2d slideshows. no comment needed there.

tl;dr: don't bother

A demo still, but it is showing good progress. Animations are a bit stiff, but overall you can see a lot of effort was put into this. Not to mention that you can run the game with opengl from the console, which is an amazing feature I have never seen before on this site.

Keep this one on your radar people.

Rev @ Lustful Apocalypse [v0.3]

Art's fine, but it's an asset flip or so near thereto that it's not worth the difference.

Writing is nonexistant; backstory is a couple of sentences, characterization isn't even that, plot was left behind and even the writing voice of the brief tutorial annoys me.

Porn. Is. Wrong. Kind. Of. Jerky. Models are stock assets with dicks welded on. Even the poses are samey.

Combat managed to find an even less-engaging implementation than the RPGMaker menu system. Screen resolution can't be changed. No logic to the game systems.

TLDR: .00000000000003.

Basically just a proof of concept at the initial 0.1 version. But it's executed well and simple. I really enjoy the fluidity of the combat system as it's not the standard tit-for-tat system everyone uses but rather a free combat "boxing" style system. Which is refreshing to see.

I love that pregnancy is already in the first version, but it still has a lot of kinks to work out and still very few renders.

The resolution options is a must add in future versions. It's difficult to see and enjoy in such a small box in it's current version, but I feel confident this will be addressed in future versions.

There currently is no story progression yet and very little of anything to do except rest, travel and fight.

The high rating is based on this being a proof of concept. I will adjust the rating based on how the game is built, but it's simple and promising based on what it is and what it should become.

Great render quality, easy gameplay, not complicated to see content, great kinks and high hopes.

Really cool game and quite promising. Though feature limited currently, I enjoyed the very well done animations and combat controls. Was very fun and also had exactly what I was looking for in content...
