If we like the renders, we're willing to offer 1.5$ per render.

Still searching...

Yeah and with this rate you'll end up searching for a long time!
Just to give you an idea...
1$ per render - complex scene with 3+ models - scene has 30 renders maybe. Workload is (since you want good renders with no faults or errors and need to be good quality) estimate 8hours + and you pay 30 $ in total for the 30 renders.

Do the math, would you work a full day for 30$? 30/8 =3.75$ an hour!!! Outragous! Even with 1.5$ it won't help!!!!
Edit: for the record, 30*1.5=45 45/8=5.625$ an hour!
Just some food for thought ;)

Apply the same math and this is NOT enough for any artist who knows what he is doing!!!
30*2= 60$
60/8 = 7.5 an hour
Again, no artist that can deliver good work will start working for this rate!
Maybe a starting artist that hasn't much experience with DAZ.

You need to take into consideration that most artists also do post ed in PS, which will take even more time.
I estimated creating 30 renders at 8hr+ depending on the complexity of the scene.

Don't take this the wrong way, this is feeback and as I understand from others, this needs to be a reality check for you if you really want to hire someone to work for you.

Look at it from this angle:
If I wanted to start working full time on this and I can provide a full schedule I do expect a full time salary
40hr a week and I start with minimum wage of 15$

I deliver during that time between 100 and 200 renders each week, and I would only get 400$ at a rate of 2$ a render?
Art ain't cheap! I would need at least a paycheck of 2400$ to cover for everything.

If you can't take feedback to your hiring, don't post a hiring message.
But I will not reply anymore.

Just keep in mind, pay your artists a fair value and not some cheap leftovers!

You're being generous with 30 renders/8 hours. For complex scenes and high-quality output, even one render/2 hours is typical. But I think there might be artists who accept the offer in exchange for experience, and of course, you get what you pay for.

I think It was already pointless to continue after your initial post, maybe two. It's clear just by the price he looks for someone that is average or below average, and is from a third world country. Otherwise it doesn't make sense. It's still gonna be hard, cause even for them it's pretty cheap and you have to have the necessary hardware but let's end it at that.
