if you are asking about the money for bar drinks it's by giving out pamplets or turf battles (that pinball type of minigame)
well i'd use cheat engine if it's just for fun but if you actually wanna play you can actually employ the fmc (femae main leads) to start off you can go to the bar and talk to misako....get her favorabity to 80 and she'll talk about some trouble, then go home and then go to the streets and complete her trouble (these generally are harder so make sure you level up kota (mc) force, power and other stats for easier win). and do that to more fmc.
later on once you get some amount of moneythe management becomes automatic...you don't have to keep assigning anymoreit'll happen on it's own, that way more money can be generated.
pro tips: make sure you level up your employees especially the mc
make sure you get the main fmcs as your employees
and also make sure you level up the message,,, no that way each message you do will generate more research poinmts and coins
its okay her dialogues don't matter. just keep upgrading your massage skills after business hours.

for gym, each equipment has 3 levels...more levels gives you more skills. you can go to the gym 2 times before 12 to meet 2 girls at different times each. if you have enough experience on the equipment the girl is using you can have an H-scene with the girl.
and yes investing in skills is a wise thing to do...but i'd invest in atleast 4 rooms first, the more experienced you are the more money you can make, it's easier to fight the bad guys too.
and for the massage, what the girl is saying is irrelevant, just rub the highlighted parts of her body, for the bar to fill up quick you need to improve your massage skill.
there's a guide online for how to progress if you are confused or stuck.
I think I bugged the game how does mikis mission pop up? Is it progressed locked or something I clear up to zone four enemies except one boss in zone

i think once you reach some amount of sales or/and complete the fight quests of 2-3 girls you'll get the auto managing option. and to speed it up you have to defend one of the guy who'll drop something to speed up the game. i think it was the dude harassing the older blue hair girl. i'm not sure
also CE do not work from steam version, so try downloading dl version.
