[v0.4]
Piracy is treated as mere adventuring, a fun time to be had. Take a bunch of women with you aboard a pirate ship simply because they're bored. What is this, a fucking tourist trip?
A random fisherman saw girls on a pirate ship and decided to sneak in and hide inside while they sail the seas? That's incredibly absurd.
The story supposedly takes in 16-19th century time period (according to the assets and general atmosphere), yet characters talk and behave like they're from the 21st.
Why does MC still hide the slave girl even after he became a captain? Isn't he the authority now?
Half of the dialogue is boring and easily skippable.
Audio:
Music is fitting of the setting and manages to create the right mood. Epic darksynth during fight sequences, which I appreciate. A decent amount of environmental sound effects to enhance immersion.
UI/UX:
Holy menu UI. I'd much rather see the boring default ren'py UI, than whatever abomination this is. It's ugly and confusing. The choice of font is questionable. This text is a little painful to read.
Erotic content:
Sex animations range from pretty good to really bad. The latter lack dynamics and movement amplitude and are overall stilted. Even in "rough sex" scenes the movement is still incredibly slow. Instead of proper SFX there are porn audio tracks playing on the loop. The biggest issue is that this audio doesn't exactly match the visuals and has a lot of echo. There is absolutely no buildup to sex scenes. Not enough creampies from MC. No gallery.
Visuals:
Excellent quality renders - overall the game looks very lovely, no complaints from me here.
Choices:
There are basically 3 kinds of choices: vanilla (loyal to gf), harem (more like cheating), and netorare/sharing. The harem episodes already heavily rely on porn logic, but netorare ones just straight up make no sense, no logic whatsoever. Even though the game is clearly catered towards NTR audience, thankfully for most of the cuck scenes there is a vanilla/cheating alternative, so there is plenty of content for both sides.
Verdict: so if you expect a meaningful story with compelling narrative in an immersive pirate setting - this ain't it. What this is - a porn parody with actors in pirate costumes with unintentionally comedic script and loads of logical inconsistencies.
As a porn game this is fine, but I have many questions about the quality of writing and the story's logic.
Right now there are 10 women! (11 if you count tomboy in disguise) boarding this pirate ship. This is simply ridiculous, considering that the goal of such bands is to pillage and murder. Where do they even get enough rooms on such a small vessel?
