Ok. If you choose to avoid NTR, you can only get 40% of the content, which is more than half less. Even the Christmas event was NTR, and the main character MC was directly removed. Not even an NTS shared scene was given to MC. It can be seen that the game focuses on NTR. Your answer also confirmed my thought. I guess there will be more and more NTRS in the future, and the harem part should become less and less. It's possible that MC will be removed. Such a game is quite interesting. Dev hasn't been heard from in over 3 weeks.

He used to post an update every 2-3 months. It has now been 7 months since 0.4 came out.

If you look at the previous updates going back to January it was "oh I was sick but it'll be done early March." Then in February it was "oh I bought a new rtx5090 to develop faster but it hasn't arrived so it'll be out in April." Then he disappeared and when people started saying it was abandoned, he showed up again saying "oh I ghosted all of you because of family problems, should be out in a month." Now he's ghosting again. As of February, he claimed he had made 400+ render in January and 300 in February.

Those events happened before the MC even knew the girl
And the other girl is not a LI (for the moment)
