Ren'Py Mac import/export game saves

i was playing The Twist on windows on my mac but the latest update has some red orange colour all over the screen. i prefer using mac so is it possible to take my saves from windows and import it to my mac game, and also how do you export saves from a mac. any help would be appreciated.
