Looking for games with bestiality, and this game has none despite having the bestiality tag. If the game actually had bestiality content, it would be alot better. Human on human content isn't for me, and the only sexable nonhumans are furries, which are okay but their animations aren't that good.

It was great, i was sceptical at first because the game not really use CG in it pom coz i thought it would feel plain and not heart moving, but i was wrong, it has a great story, thats whats matter, thats whats nove the wheeeel!!!

But yeah its still beta, right? Sadly so cause it gonna rock hard if it full release.

I stumbled upon this game completely by accident and got interested as it reminded me of another sandbox game I really like (although not hentai).
Although the gore aspects were initially repulsive, I was pleasantly surprised to see you could avoid all of it.
When I launched the game I was immediately immersed in the game, I think it's a very responsive and interesting looking game: the character design is very nice and I particularly love the animations!

The only problem I would have with the game is how tedious the farming can get, thankfully there are plenty of cheats that can allow you to skip all the annoying parts of the game.. But at the same time a game shouldn't rely on cheats for it to be enjoyable, so I'm expecting some balancing to be made once the game is out.

It's still early in development but much has been made so far and it seems very promising for the future! If you're interested in the game you should definitely give it a go, it's worth it! As for me, I've played around 40 hours of it and loved the experience!
I was also pleasantly surprised to care about the story (especially the last parts), didn't expect that from a hentai game!
I hope that the game will be fully finished one day so we can have plenty of amazing content - if so, Mad Island could definitely become one of the best hentai games on the market, in my opinion!

As of now, it is an irreplaceable semi-masterpiece, and considering the possibility of UI and mode support that will be refined in the future, it may go beyond this site and become one of the masterpieces of the adult game world.

Survival Sandbox set in an island populated by natives, with plenty of ways to violate their human rights.

The sheer freedom is impressive, characters can even produce offspring dynamically (willing or not) and you can put said offspring to work, allowing your tribe to grow organically and take over the island.

The idea (and execution so far) deserve praise, the only negative is that the UI is only barely functional and is missing things like search bars or intuitive color coding for crafting recipes.

Still a lot of improvements can be made, but for where it is right now, a 5 star for the direction the game is going is deserved.
It scratches all the right areas for a survival game, and has a decently compelling story. I just bought it off steam and am looking forward to the game's progression.

A pretty good game, but honestly, since it's still in early access, it's still missing a lot.
A pretty big chunk of my problems just come down with the game not running great on my weak ahh laptop, but it is what it is.
I, myself, don't really like base-building in these "Don't Starve"-esque games, especially in this game, where can't rotate the camera around your character, but the various character interactions are pretty cool, and almost entirely make up for it.
Would be better if the MC customization was prompted on every New Game, instead of being just in the main menu, and also if the female MC could get pregnant.

This is one of those games that passes the post-nut clarity test. Honestly, you can play it and get addicted to its mechanics, but truly understanding everything it offers is complicated.

This game is truly great and stands out as a unique experience unlike anything else. Its creativity and charm make it a joy to play, and it definitely deserves more content to expand its potential even further. Fun for the whole family!

The game was look simple graphic but not too bad, while the story pretty good in my opinions. The map got many difference terrains with alot of difference items based on each place. The Mobs in this game maybe spawn random and sometime even in player base, but it's not an issue much (in my view). The NPCs got a good design and difference style for many taste, many fetish. The sound in this game are pretty fine, with noise of beach or sound of material we step on. This is great game in my view.

good game but it lacks more scenes and more content of a man but with the prota and not with the woman and a difficult way it would be a pleasure to play it again because I already finished it but I don't feel like going back again and if the dlc even want to do it with the robots and even with the men dlc but it is a shame that it is not have animations in case there is a lot left but in if it is a good game it kept me almost 40 hours playing and done with guides because without guides it would have been more but in the end I loved it and I expect more animations

Awesome game.
Over 100 hours spent in it.
The crafting part is great, you have base building, but you also have some nasty stuff, which make this game even more interesting.
The movement, environment and graphics are also great.

Surprisingly.. the game is interesting and fun.

At first I thought it was going to be some sort of cringe game with the way they danced on the ship, but the adventure and rules implemented in the gameplay are very fun.

The battle is fairly balanced, you can choose girls, you can hunt, there's a lot of easter eggs, and there's even side quests that lines up to the main story.

Heck, I invested 41 hours into the game and there still lots of things needed to be discovered and finished.

But what I'm most impressed with is how big the area is to travel, it really brings most of us players a sense of adventure and growth.. and I can't wait to see how they're going to add more areas in the future.

Adventure - 10/10

Interaction - 8/10 (Could still use more lines for "Talk")

Overall, an Excellent Game.


I highly recommend lowering the Raids and adding game difficulty between Easy, Normal, Hard, Hell so that the players who doesn't want to cheat won't be forced to cheat.

Also, add bigger stair types of furniture.

Nothing more to add here that others haven't said. Simply one of the best games I've played on this site. Degenerate Don't Starve with a ton of fun exploration, freedom and h-scenes. Definitely worth a try, esp since more content is still being added to this already rich game.

The gameplay is a simple action rpg sandbox survival game. It is very straight forward and simple whether it comes to the combat, character stats, or crafting system. The meat of this game is the amount and variety of content in the game that allows to the player freely play the game like they are in charge and interacting in the game. A lot of NSFW games are either visual novels or don't really make it feel like the player has the control and to freely do what they want, and this game allows that.

Can't wait for the game to be finished. I hope they allow all the female characters to get pregnant and for there to be a system to more easily manage all the captured natives recruit to the player's village.

Pros:
I came here for porn and found a great game instead. I have sunk 15 hours into this game and I'm still not tired of it. Honestly, I would rank it on tier of games as Succubus Affection, Karryn's Prison, Night Of Revenge, and Degrees of Lewdity.
Cons:
Pornographic content is only okay. The pregnancy is cool, but there are only about 3 different positions for the guy protagonist. The combat isn't very deep.

Best game of the genre, only downside is that the developers are refusing to hire new people and make the game even better with more scenes and more gameplay even tho they got a huge success everywhere, they got milions of dollars in revenue and could hire a lot of people that will help them make the game bigger but nope, they gotta keep doing everything with 3 people and adding 2 items and half scene once every month.
