very rough start but other than that this game is huge for a hentai game. there is so much content both h and not h. this is a peak sandbox 18+ survival craft, i poured around a 100 hours into this game doing all sorts of things like building, exploring, playing dress up with your villagers, pushing the game mechanics to their limits, and most importantly fucking. there is probably over 50 h scenes you can have, and you can fuck practically every person in the game.

if you also have some imagination and get off on some very hardcore stuff, this is definitely the spiciest 18+ experience out there. have fun building whatever utopia or society you desire, whether that is an all female harem, some seiran island knockoff where everyone is constantly horny and banging, a band of goblins and their breeding stock, a huge "cow" milking facility, a human experimentation lab, a huge torture camp, a plantation or a mine entirely reliant upon slave labor, you can build everything.

definitely recommended for sandbox, survival craft, pregnancy, guro, and harem fans. my only complaint is how slow the devs can be at releasing updates, they actually do release major stuff every 4 months but there is so much content and so much potential it seems kinda minor when you consider the scale.

If you're looking to just beat your meat after opening the game then this isn't it.

• Gameplay is fine, they just throw you into the island expect you to know where to go, I dont mind it myself.
• Graphics are idk, fine for me. What you see is what you get I guess
• Animations are what you'd expect for a 2D game, 2D CG and all that. I think they're neat, nothing amazing.
• A lot of the features like skills or crafting is fucking whack, like I gotta press all the way to the bottom left just to craft something and I can barely make out what the thing is based on its icon.
• Its definitely hard to farm some things, some people find that type of shit interesting, an odd sense of difficulty. I think its fine, i dont rlly care much.

I like the game , spent several hours on it and decided to buy it to show some support. Hope to see it in its complete form and not get abandoned or get slow or yearly updates.

I'd honestly rate it a 3 out of 5 but Im gonna go for a 4 since it scratches that spot, a 2D survival, crafting, sandbox, capturing natives and enslaving them and you know the rest.

Its definitely flawed but at least theres a lot of things to do, craft, explore and shove your dick into. I'd prefer that over some good looking game with hardly any features or things to do.

Since the site doesn’t let me give a 2.5 rating, I’ll give it a 3, but anyway, straight to the point. One of the biggest problems I have with this game—and most people have already mentioned this—is that at the beginning there’s no guidance at all. You practically have to know and explore everything on your own, and even though there are guides made by players, they’re way too long and make you lose interest.


Another issue is that the game doesn’t have much content when it comes to scenes, and even though the story has a premise, it doesn’t seem to have any real connection with the other characters. I even think the other characters become irrelevant once you complete their objectives, and even the male protagonist is given no importance in the main story.


On top of that, the female character voices are generic, and you can’t even use the other “protagonists” since they only serve as NPCs. It’s unbelievable that the game is basically made for you to just farm materials, and you can’t even craft backpacks to carry more items. Going to other places and then coming back to the base to store items just to free up space feels like a huge waste of time.


The enemies are actually easy, the point system feels weak, and I don’t get why anyone would prioritize upgrading the character’s speed. The crafting system could be improved, and they could even add things that make farming easier—for example, the backpack idea. As for the graphics, they’re acceptable, but honestly they could be optimized; for a game with visuals of that level, my RTX GeForce 4050 GPU shouldn’t be heating up.


In my final opinion, I feel this game is indeed overrated. The story is meh, I really don’t feel any connection between the characters, and the male protagonist doesn’t even get a proper story. The building system is also pretty weak, and gameplay is just okay. I understand the creator puts a lot of effort into this game, but honestly, it’s not worth so many hours when there aren’t even longer H scenes, different H positions, or interactions between the main characters.

It has its flaws, but it was quite fun to play. Though you probably need the guide to access some obscure side quests.

The building aspect is okay, it's a 2d game so it can be a bit janky.

The battles are very simple, so if you might be left dissatisfied with it, it didn't matter to me.

I love survival games and I don't think there are many heavily nsfw ones I know, so it does satisfy that itch completely.

The game itself looks terrible, models and background included, meaning it looks like a game so dated it was made 10 years ago. The game teaches you NOTHING about what to do, what does what and what your goals are, it just expects you to figure out stuff to do and how to do it yourself. That being said it advertises itself as having SO much content when there is next to nothing, unless of course you wanna bang your head against a wall finding out for yourself where content is and how to access it all over the massive overworld map. God awful game I have no idea how this is so highly rated.

the entire premises is good, but it is not fun. Most enemies and natives only have 1-2 attacks, the entire bossfights could use more step-up instead of being a telegraphed simulator, the optimization of the game is horrid on mid-spec pc and I managed to boil eggs on my pc with it. But then again, we're all here just for the seggs.

For the meager price of 10 or so bucks (or zero bucks if you want) you got yourself a porny guro goodness mix of The Forest and Don't Starve. But then you will have to be met with weird design choices, bad UIs and a very lacking library of H scene animations. Potentials are there but none seems to meet expectation yet - understandably for Early Access stages.

Give the devs a year more and maybe some financial support through Steam if you got the chance.

It's fucking raw.

Very lacking, unbalanced, inconvenient.

• No crafting from inventory (for crafting stations).
• Wall placement is based on a (very shitty) grid system.
• Tile placement system is free-place and very ass, also likely bugged to shit.
• Can’t reliably farm crops other than wheat and potatoes because they are the only to have crop to seed recipes.
• Can’t reliably farm herbs, twigs, leaves because only trees are replantable and stones can be forced to respawn in caves.
• No need to farm crops for food, because both the hunger/thirst and buffs provided are pathetic.
• “Skill system” sucks ass:
  -Upgrade every 5, then 10 levels for a tiny* benefit.
  *(outside regen, which is busted, all skills are pathetic)
  -Chance to avoid food poisoning when you can already make safe meals;
  -Better grab that only works as the Male character;
  -Better swimming when you barely need to swim;
• Lacking descriptions, missing translations.

Basically impossible to make decent progress without outside Maps for the massive island and Guides for no decent in-game info.

Needs a massive amount of work to be more than a jank-ass bizarre “Don’t Starve”.

insanely overrated imo. Alright story (not sure why it is so highly praised), alright animations, good, if not repetitive and grindy game play, and decent art. Does not deserve the almost 5 star rating.

I liked the game, has great promise for it's eventual full release. Hope the developer continues to provide reliable content updates, and keeps with the game's vision. Please support the creator if you can.

Looking for games with bestiality, and this game has none despite having the bestiality tag. If the game actually had bestiality content, it would be alot better. Human on human content isn't for me, and the only sexable nonhumans are furries, which are okay but their animations aren't that good.

It was great, i was sceptical at first because the game not really use CG in it pom coz i thought it would feel plain and not heart moving, but i was wrong, it has a great story, thats whats matter, thats whats nove the wheeeel!!!

But yeah its still beta, right? Sadly so cause it gonna rock hard if it full release.

I stumbled upon this game completely by accident and got interested as it reminded me of another sandbox game I really like (although not hentai).
Although the gore aspects were initially repulsive, I was pleasantly surprised to see you could avoid all of it.
When I launched the game I was immediately immersed in the game, I think it's a very responsive and interesting looking game: the character design is very nice and I particularly love the animations!

The only problem I would have with the game is how tedious the farming can get, thankfully there are plenty of cheats that can allow you to skip all the annoying parts of the game.. But at the same time a game shouldn't rely on cheats for it to be enjoyable, so I'm expecting some balancing to be made once the game is out.

It's still early in development but much has been made so far and it seems very promising for the future! If you're interested in the game you should definitely give it a go, it's worth it! As for me, I've played around 40 hours of it and loved the experience!
I was also pleasantly surprised to care about the story (especially the last parts), didn't expect that from a hentai game!
I hope that the game will be fully finished one day so we can have plenty of amazing content - if so, Mad Island could definitely become one of the best hentai games on the market, in my opinion!

Great freedom with almost no restrictions in playing the game
Diversity with all kinds of kinks and fetishes.

As of now, it is an irreplaceable semi-masterpiece, and considering the possibility of UI and mode support that will be refined in the future, it may go beyond this site and become one of the masterpieces of the adult game world.

Survival Sandbox set in an island populated by natives, with plenty of ways to violate their human rights.

The sheer freedom is impressive, characters can even produce offspring dynamically (willing or not) and you can put said offspring to work, allowing your tribe to grow organically and take over the island.

The idea (and execution so far) deserve praise, the only negative is that the UI is only barely functional and is missing things like search bars or intuitive color coding for crafting recipes.

Still a lot of improvements can be made, but for where it is right now, a 5 star for the direction the game is going is deserved.
It scratches all the right areas for a survival game, and has a decently compelling story. I just bought it off steam and am looking forward to the game's progression.

A pretty good game, but honestly, since it's still in early access, it's still missing a lot.
A pretty big chunk of my problems just come down with the game not running great on my weak ahh laptop, but it is what it is.
I, myself, don't really like base-building in these "Don't Starve"-esque games, especially in this game, where can't rotate the camera around your character, but the various character interactions are pretty cool, and almost entirely make up for it.
Would be better if the MC customization was prompted on every New Game, instead of being just in the main menu, and also if the female MC could get pregnant.

This is one of those games that passes the post-nut clarity test. Honestly, you can play it and get addicted to its mechanics, but truly understanding everything it offers is complicated.


Look, if you're not afraid of watching one or two tutorials on how to play, it can be entertaining—but don’t expect a quickie. This isn’t that kind of game.


The art is nothing remarkable compared to all the mechanics it throws at you... Is that a good trade-off? I don’t know—it depends on who you ask.


That said, it's definitely unique in its genre—so give it a shot.
