Good Evening! I am attempting to find a game I had played a couple years ago, in hopes of coming back to it after it has had some updates. If I recall the story correctly, it has your character coming into some town and moving into a small apartment. There is some sort of magic based conspiracy that veils the entire town and you solve different aspects.
The game seemed to come into itself after a raid on a command has your character survive through some sort of magical explosion that also consequentially has you capture two of the guards. You awake in a mansion and begin a more condensed free roam and interaction with the characters within.
The visuals of it reminded me a lot of Corrupted Kingdoms (https://f95zone.to/threads/corrupted-kingdoms-v0-13-2-arcgames.31912/). To the point that I actually had thought it was the game I am looking up until I downloaded it.
