So i remembered this video randomly about a magical girl lose scene with a succubus, [video was on pronhub before the purge. it's gone now ] It's female protag voiced and animated.
The succubus is fingering her and useing magic to make it stronger so it will kill her to take her soul. I don't know much else about the game but it's all that i know. I don't know if it was useing rpgm or a diffrent engine

i've played holy night ricca before. that's not the right game. [also holy night ricca is all 3d] thanks for trying to help
