RPGM - Completed - Magical OL MajiCareer Arisa [v1.0.2] [botchman]

In all honsety this is just another middle of the road RPGM game. I'm not really sure how it justifies the size it is either, there isn't any animation and the game map isn't large.
The art and scenes are what you would expect by now from a RPGM game, with a few interesting ones thrown in there. The story is very run of the mill. Only give it a try if you enjoy scene collectors.

the events in the game are soooo bored. I can't play well this game cuz when i wanna play an event, it doesn't seem interesting. Maybe this gonna be a great game if the CG scenes were more interesting, with more sound effects and a better view of the scene.

The gameplay pretty much work to get money quick, buy weapon, go help the world because youre magical girl, in the meantime you can get fucked and unlock cgs. nothing unique.

The combat is basic rpg maker with interesting UI, MC clothes can tear up but that's all about it, no battle sex, you can get random stat after finish defeat enemy. the boss is 10x harder than the grunt, the dev bottle neck you to do grind for hours no matter the difficulty is.

The art is good, that's the only good part here, UI and all just basic rpg maker.

A former magical girl turned to office worker, its boring as you expect, workaholic magical milf trying to save the world, I never see how japanese office worker story can be interesting unless its isekai type of story that is.

H-content is covering many fetishes and not focus on anything, well beside get raped that is. The sex scene didnt affect anything and in order to unlock it you need corruption which means you need to fuck more. the more corruption you have, it didnt affect anything, lol. it just for unlocking cg, nothing changed beside it, dialogue, everything still the same. Virginity system doesnt affect dialogue either, nothing affecting anything, either the scene or her everyday life. No audio in H-scene, just sfx, better than nothing i guess. The scene is censored, i mean heavily censored, i cant even see her pussy, so the only appeal is her tits, its such a shame.

TL;DR: If you likes the art and dont mind the trouble to do grinding, go ahead give the game a try, if not you can find the full save to enjoy just the cg. i personally find the game is such massive let down, the dev good at art but bad at the other aspect, hope the future project can improve.

This is really one of the worst games I ever played (and I played a lot of games). Two major problems are the corruption mechanic (its very bad) and the gameplay (very grindy).

Why is it grindy you ask? Well, because mobs in the lower levels and the bosses can two shot you on easy difficulty, if they get lucky! I think the dev expects one to grind for several hours before proceeding to the lower floors, thats really insane. I think I reached the 2nd boss before uninstalling, it took me nearly 2h.

Now to the combat, its SO BORING. its just the usual RPGM turn based combat. So you just spam attack moves and nothing else and btw, theres no battlefuck, so literally nothing happens when FMC clothes gets destroyed, the mobs just continue attacking with their normal attack moves. Ya, have fun doing this for several hours lol!

As for the CGs, there are only a couple good ones and go from zero to hundred real fast. There is no slow progression of the corruption, its just intant after a single h-scene, she basically turns into a whore and starts to love it in next h-scene (thats basically the progression for every character you encounter in this game). The only positive thing I can say about this game is the FMC, her design is extremely hot. Magical Girl + Thick Milf? Hell yeah.

Only download this if you want to check out the full gallery from a save file, dont touch the gameplay, massive time waste.

If I had to describe this with one word it would be 'Lame'. On paper this game should be right up my alley, featuring a magical (MILF) girl with fat tits, corruption mechanics and whatnot, but nothing came together for me either in the story, gameplay or porn side of things even tho I can appreciate some of its individual qualities.

There was thought and effort put to have this game stand out with the UI, the menus and random sound effects and other things. This sadly (for me) is one of those cases where at a glance the presentation is better than the game itself. Even though it looks decent there is some low quality corner cutting if you pay attention for a bit (I'll elaborate further down), and there are a lot of barely modified lifeless stock maps that are used on other games.

Uninspired. This is one of those cookie cutter single character FeMC turn based rpgs. The game has several difficulty options but I wouldn't recommend playing above normal unless you enjoy grinding. Even on normal the loop goes something like: Go to work to earn money -> Get daily massage for stat up -> Buy upgrades -> Go to randomly generated dungeon until it gets too hard -> repeat. Sometimes you can get a couple of town requests based on your corruption level for some extra cash but they are not that interesting or rewarding.

The sound is okayish bordering on bad in some areas. It has music, some sex SFX, and some voice acting. For some reason there's a lot of grainy audio and some of the scenes have this looping one second moan that can get annoying. Overall I've seen better, I've seen worse.

★ ★ Writing ★ ★
I was excited to see how the Dev would handle this type of story, a former magical girl now turned middle aged Office Lady has to suit up for one last Job, but the more I read the more disappointed I became with how flimsy everything about this setup ended up being. It might seem nitpicky but Japan's ageism made me completely lose interest in this, I thought I was getting some mature Lady reliving her old magical girl days but the FeMC is barely in her late 20's at best (She stopped the big bad 10 years ago when she was a teen), it doesn't help that her personality is either serious business deadpan emotionless office drone or squealing pig with nothing in between. In short you are playing as a busted up, no personality, overweight girl in her mid 20s. Interesting premise but I couldn't be invested in any of this after reading for a couple of minutes.

The art is arguably the most appealing part, my one pet peeve with it is that quality is not entirely uniform, there's scraggly lineart, some CGs look grainy or lower res and sometimes proportions look off. Despite all this I would say that it looks good overall

★ Porn ★
There are a lot of fetishes with not a lot of focus. The whole, single character rpg corruption CG hunter type of game has been refined to a point where a player can expect certain conventions to be present. Scenes are entirely self contained and don't have any effect on the story or characters (For example, MC is a virgin at the start of the game, but once she gets fucked it doesn't get brought up and she or the other characters don't seem to care). Most costumes are completely useless and they are only used for one scene each. Damage to clothing does fuck all. There are roughly a couple dozen scenes overall, some of them are Game Over Rape sort of deal but for most you unlock them on the overworld as you increase corruption, ALL of them have two variations that are almost identical in writing and presentation, corruption does fuck all since the first couple of scenes start with the MC being mildly uninterested in the act but a couple of scenes later she does the usual " ♥︎ gooh Ochinpo daisuki gooh ♥︎ " song and dance with nothing in between to bridge character progression. Save yourself the trouble and Use code 1270 to unlock the gallery at any time in MCs room if you want to experience the game, since the few scenes that benefit from context are hardly worth the trouble (imo).

-Final Thoughts-
If the art is appealing to you and you find the synopsis intriguing I do recommend you give it a try as it may work better for you. For me a lot of this game feels like a wasted opportunity, it made me think that this guy should be doing art for a better dev, but regardless I do hope he improves if he stays in the h-game business.

Starts off well, good premise, nice Persona inspired stylized UI, day and night cycle, clothing system, everything in place to have a good sandbox rpg. Then you find out there is like 4 maps, not much to do, 4 outfits, not many h-scenes and basically no plot. The art is pretty good and has some niche fetishes so if you like that and don't care about plot you can simply unlock the recollection room and be happy.

Pure garbage. No plot, no substance, no interesting mechanics, no nothing. Everything people hate about RPGM crammed into a package with pretty preview. The funniest thing? MC's sprite is the only decent image in the whole "game". Every event picture looks like either a WIP art or AI generated slop. There are a lot of events, every single one has two stages each, but they reuse the same image with minimal text alteration. Corruption doesn't matter, costumes don't matter. If I could give it less than one star, I would.

Three stars, meaning "it's okay" not "it's dogshit, but I liked the art".

• It has 36 scenes, but they are two pictures each.
• Scenes have two stages, but they are completely disconnected from corruption mechanic, which is only for unlocking events with NPCs.
• The author tried to spice up the combat a bit, but on normal it falls off a cliff after early game, because you just one shot everything and restore mana with level ups.

And so on and so forth. The author diligently tried to replicate more popular games, but without talent or passion. If the previews look interesting to you, it might be worth checking out, just don't expect anything memorable.

The game is not great, your standard rpgmaker gameplay, with a random generated level mechanics, which is probably the reason the game is SO HEAVY! Also, for that file size, there are very, and I mean VERY, few hscenes, and the one that are there aren't that great, far from the quality shown with the mc sprite, which is a terrible shame, cuz the Protagonist is just AMAZING, magical girl AND milf, Amazing combo! It seems like the main character sprite is the only truly completed image, and the other are only WIPs.
