RPGM - Completed - Maid in Heaven [v1.0] [Now]

Honestly, pretty good. The rating is definitely closer to a 3 than a 4 but its not worth knocking down a whole letter grade.


GAMEPLAY (6/10)

ok its literally just the gameplay loop of FNAF 1, but it works surprisingly well. This be considered a downside or an upside depending on taste but it is really difficult at times. Night 5 took about 10-12 retries to beat. I love the challenge, but it does get kinda tedious after night 4.


ART (5/10)

The drawings are nice, censored but they look good. The tween animations however range from awkward to okay. I would say I wish there was more art since theres about 9 animated scenes, 4 of which you wont even see until after night 5.

All in all, pretty okay. Fun to beat. I hope the dev keeps making games.

Disappointing. The concept is FNAF but horny. Maids wander the halls at night and try to jump you. You're supposed to avoid it because... you shouldn't have sex with the maids who want to have sex. The maids know where the cameras are and tend to tease you now and then. Though sometimes they're on the right side of the screen and get partially covered by the camera overlay. Gets more difficult and RNG based the later the night.

The horny part is... while the art is nice, the animation is just bad.

It's a faithful recreation of FNAF 1 but with maids instead of animatronics. There's only one new character but other than that everything kinda works the same way. There are a few differences, like how the "Freddy" of this game can't be camera stalled (at least as far as I'm concerned), but goes back if the door is closed on them.
That being said, with the game being so similar to FNAF1, it carries some of the problems that FNAF1 had. Mainly, the later portion of the game comes down to dumb luck. Night 5 is hard enough, but night 6 feels pretty impossible. If someone's at your door, it feels like a dice roll whether or not they'll be there for two seconds or 15. And even if they do leave, they'll come right back in a matter of seconds. This along with the new character they added makes for an incredibly luck based round.

For things unrelated to gameplay, the story is convoluted, if there even is one at all. There's phone calls that stop being helpful lore wise after night 2, and the ending just gives more questions rather than answering. I guess you could say that someone got sacrificed, or something? Who knows, really.
The animations are just ok. Some are really bad while others are nice. The night 6 ones are the best of the bunch so if you're only here for the animations you should grab a save file.

TLDR: FNAF1 gameplay that carries the same problems FNAF1 had. No story and ok animations.

[DEMO v1.0 ENG] I wonder why they didn't make this in Clickteam Fusion. The lack of keybinds other than SHIFT and FULLSCREEN is sad...

That aside, nights 1 and 2 are way to aggressive and honestly I can't forsee how it'll be possible to beat the other 3 nights without losing power. The enemies attack SO FAST that if you dont stay in the office constantly flickering lights or keeping track of their positions on CAMS 24/7, they'll end your run in an instant like Made in Heaven would.

I literally had to resort to flickering both lights and flipping the camera to watch the curtain maiden, which barely worked by the way, because the power went out (before it turned to 6AM, lucky me!) Also apparently i was watching the curtain maiden too little or too much because she came out anyway and drained my power! A bar would be nice so that you don't keep us in the dark about whether or not we're watching her too much or too little

TL;DR if they dont fix the scaling for the first two nights then the full game's nights 3-5 might be lowkey impossible frfr im just sayin
