[MajiroVN] How do I decrypt [EMPRESS] games so I can have all of the CG?

So I wanted to extract all images from EMPRESS games. I used a really old Majiro.exe to unarchive the .ARC files. That gave me a bunch of .ogg, .rct, .rc8, .cfg, .env, .mjo, & .wav.

Obviously the .wav & .ogg work as they are. The .cfg & .env files are also viewable in Notepad++. However, I can't figure out the .rct, & .rc8 files at all. Here's the annoying part... I can convert .rc8 to png with GARbro, but the images are all black. I am assuming .rc8 is character portraits and stand art. The .rct is entirely encrypted and I have no idea what to do with those.

Tools I have tried:

• You must be registered to see the links
  - a 2011 version that was updated in 2021. This is how I unpacked the .ARC archives.
• You must be registered to see the links
  - did not unpack .arc archives.
• You must be registered to see the links
  - Newer version that popped up on Github. Can't get it to do literally anything except view .mjo's which appear to just be text files.
• You must be registered to see the links
  - Has GARbro built in, but I also download GARbro individually. This is how I got the black images.

I honestly have no idea what to do and I am at a loss. Anyone have any idea how to get all the CG?

Edit: Yes, I am aware I can screenshot each image individually and edit them to remove the black borders. That is a mind blowing amount of work. I am also not paying E-Hentai to download the original images.
