Making things like shadows transparent

I would like to make this shadow-like thing transparent, but which plugin type and item should I edit?

it's already transparent. it's a dark (black?) square image with maybe 50% transparency. probably a .pgn.

if you mean how to make it invisible, you just edit the texture in any image processing software like photoshop or gimp and turn alpha to 100%.
