I wonder how much more customization options the release version has than the demos. I mean all the variety of different races is literally 1 race = 1 character, same body, same face and hairstyle, just 4 different hair color options (where half of options are rather similar). Different classes in this case work as restrictions of what character can and can not equip. So i hope at least for more variety in gear. Because the customization through clothes/gear... there wasn't much variety in demo.
Like if you go with any light armor top for the girl, there were just two kinds of skirts for lower body part and that's all, others are either from heavy sets like brigand or plate, or full body items like robes, chain mail.

The characters and hair colors have to match the CG.

I'm like 99% sure he is going to take EVERY single hour remaining of July to make sure the game comes out as "polished" as he can manage. So I would stop violating your F5 keys. The game is sure to come out on the 31st.

DLsite only puts out releases at two times during the day (something lioke 4 pm and midnight JST). They don't review over the weekend but may release titles during those times (usually only 1-4 works or so, mostly small works so nothing like this). So you only need to check at those times converted from JST to whatever timezone you are in.
