I totally forgot the type of the game it was, it was either a visual novel or RPGM, but I won't bet my life on it.
I just remember that I think a succubus or a goddess asked you at the beginning of the game about your physique and your biggest interests in a sexual partner iirc.

No clue, was it a renpy game? if you didn't change pcs or re-installed your system under %appdata% the must be a renpy folder with the name of the games you played, maybe one there could ring a bell.
