So I'm looking for games where you play a male and there's either story, arousal or clothing systems that lead to NPCs reacting to your nudity/erection. Possibly CFNM situations, but not necessary and also fine with NPCs trying to make the character cum in situations where it would be an issue.
Examples would be House Party (reacting to nudity and jerking off in front of them or cumming on them), Son of a Bitch (characters reacting to your erection). There's also RPGM games with females and clothing systems, where the NPCs react if you take off all your clothing. Sadly even those are rare, so I assume male protagonist games like that would be non-exitant or even rarer.
I tried with the tags (Exhibitionism, Male Protagonist) but usually the exhibitionism is BY NPCs
