There are effectively 3 ways to deal with that issue.

1. Bury the "offending content" in the code then Easter egg it's activation. As long as no one reports you you should be good.

2. Patch it in. You can't be held responsible for what "third parties" do to your game but this can be difficult depending on how you build your game in the first place.

3. Allow the users to define character relationships at the start of the game. Probably the easiest method but it does take a little bit of extra finessing of the dialog to make it it works regardless of what they choose.
