Did you put your save in the "savegames" folder? If it's not there, then you'll need to make one.

Avengers Endgame and the new Update. I'm down for the weekend. 
I've 100%-ed all women except Diane.
I did all her therapy stuff and now I'm stuck with the hint "Claire told me that when she comes home from work, she sometimes runs into Diane in the hallway".
No matter at what time I go to the hallway (location flat door Diane, elevator, our flat door), nothing is triggered. What obvious hint am I missing?

just started game, saved game with phone but next time i open game the continue has a lock on it

There is a possibility that you have extracted the game in a place on your computer where you do not have permissions to write new files try extracting the game to a folder on your desktop and try again
