what i mean is. can i use this to update my 9.4 version to 9.9? i have the version 9.4. and im tired to download the 9.9 version all over again.Sorry, I don't understand your question.
If you ask if you can use or old save from v0.9.4 in v0.9.9 then the answer is: Yes!
But I would recommend to you to wait until next week Friday for the "big celebration" update.
Version 1.0.0 (Completion!) is coming out tomorrow, yes? If so, why the big hubbub over version 9.4 vs. 9.9?

No, you have to download the entire game again. There's a user who makes unofficial update patches but they can only upgrade you one version at a time (so you'd have to get the 0.9.4 -> 0.9.5 version, then the 0.9.6 version, etc., and install them all separately) and they haven't made one since 0.9.8 anyway.
The 1.0 version is due out tomorrow though so you might as well wait.
