Seeking Management /Upgrade game recommendations

Hi everyone,
I am predominantly looking for a management game, either with or without RPG elements, where upgrading a person, building, room etc, is possible. I would prefer if the upgrades would be visible; for example, if you upgrade a space, you unlock a new room. If you upgrade a person's skill you see new moves/sexy visuals. If the game contains a story, that'd be great; if not, it's not a biggy.

For instance, in Secret Care Cafe, individual maids have abilities which you can upgrade, which makes them more "naughty", giving you more explicit nudity. Upgrading a person infers: skills, abilities, etc, which change visual aspects and somewhat of the gameplay. I hope that is clearer.
