Request manga/comic machine translation tool

alright so i dont know if this is a crazy question but does anyone know some tool like

im looking for a tool that translates the speech bubbles in mangas/comics (best if its offline since most online ones can do only 1 image at a time or they cost money).
i know some tools like sugoi and some others but i dont mean ocr, im looking for something that replaces the original text on the image into the new language.
by the way, im not looking for some godsent 100% perfect translation as long as its at least understandable than its good for me, since understanding it a little is better than not understanding it at all. thanks.

Yes, that would be great. I'm currently doing it with Google Translate images, even if it takes time to upload each image individually, have it translated and start over.
