The pusher will take Manila's ID after he defeats her in the first or second scene in the park bathroom, I'm not sure which. All you need to do is just surrender every time you face him in the park bathroom and 1 or 2 weeks later a new quest will appear.

Do you happen to know what date the new quest will appear, because I get the thing where he takes her ID every time and don't think I've ever got the new quest. Is it after that May 1 or whatever?
The date is Friday, 3 May. You first need to make 'Benny II' quest at midnight and after that when you come back home just drink a water bottle that it's in the fridge (If you don't have one don't worry, the pusher will put it there) then just go to bed. The scene happens right after that.

It occurs after the lab event on May 2. Benny is a new character introduced that day so it's not hard to miss.

I'm sitting here without having anyone declared as Benny on Midnight about to go bounce on the old guy in the park, so unless it happens then, I must have done a previous event wrong, and will have to restart. So what events do I have to dodge to get Benny? I did see a cutscene where pusher asked for slut drug, but the name Benny didn't pop up?

Benny is your informant within Paradise's circle. You're told to go find him as a part of the main story so you can't miss him at all. It's required in order to progress through the game.

Alright, so the only way for that to be possible is if the Paradise circle appears on a date that can be altered, because it didn't happen on the second for this playthrough. I did see it occur on another play through, where I was asked to become a whore undercover or something... if that's the same event.

No, Benny I occurs on May 2 and is a story quest. You cannot move forward in the game unless you've completed that quest. It's likely that you've done it already and just didn't realize. In order to go to get the Pusher's event, between midnight and 4AM, Manila needs to take a bottle of water out of her fridge and then try to sleep. If you have no water, the bottle will automatically be there anyways for the event.
