She works, earns a good salary and has as collaborator her best friend,she's a little crazy but nice. Her husband has been in prison for two years for embezzlement,It will be released in 6 months.
She must repay the sum all alone the time that her husband returns. To save to pay a rent, his childhood friend hosted him. He was his first love,they are very accomplice, no secrets nor taboo. Today, he prefers the love of men than that of women. The situation is not ordinary but everything goes well, until Marie says a joking words.​

I think you have it wrong... this is how it makes sense to me:

So,

according to his patreon, 1.2.3 means 1 as version, 2 as number of playable days, 3 as scenes in the game.

Creative way to try and get around the "I'm releasing another 0.0.1 game on patreon and want all the money before I've actually proven I'm worth a damn" problem.
