RPGM - Completed - Masked Superheroine : The Green Shadow Rachel [Combin Ation]

one of the worst games i've every played, grinding to the bones, even with cheats the game is terrible as fuck, no sprint option you gotta walk , no teleport option , you gotta walk x2 , the scenes are just trash, no real effort were put in them, the text speed is slow as fuck, and lastly the combat system is dumb, you can't see the enemy health or anything, oh and a lose is game over.

Overall rating; 8/10

The good;

• As far as RPGM games go, Combin Ation is known for his talent at making excellent open world games that really take advantage of the engine and Green Shadow Rachel is no exception
• You have great open world sections to explore and many non-linear gameplay routes that offer more to do than just follow the main storyline
• There are combat h scenes, there are game over h-scenes and there are open world h-scenes for you to find and progress through. Some scenes also have two branches for you to follow based on your dialogue choice
• The quality of the h-scenes is stellar, considering how old this game is now even by today's standards the h-scenes are great
• You, as a player, really feel the challenges of being a superheroine in the game world that Combin Ation has built here
• The story itself is also actually quite interesting especially by RPGM standards and more akin to something you would expect from a Renpy

The bad;

• I can't remember if this game had gore as some of Combin Ation games do have it, but like all of this dev's games there are a few scenes with scat and I know it will be personal taste but scat is a big no for me and there is no way to disable the scat scenes in this game and many can catch you off-guard if you are trying to avoid them
• Some parts of the game do drag on a bit and the gallery doesn't work very well either nor does it seem to have all the scenes in the game even

The ugly;

• Combat could be better, but you can either cheat your way past combat or bear through it, but this game is definitely up there among the worst combat of all RPGM games. For some this will be a big annoyance while for others you won't mind at all

Closing comments;
Highly recommend this game if you like female prota games and like games that feature rape heavily

If you have a superheroine fantasy/fetish then this will definitely be a must play

it's so painful to rate this low since it has all the tags i like. but the game is utter garbage. full of bugs. unexplained mechanics, very slow movement speed, no map, no quick teleport/travel... it's like the dev made sure that you will suffer for no reason.

plus the animations are quite bad, most of the enemies in H scenes are just shadow figures. (aside from a boss.. who just makes you piss and shit yourself and no real H scenes with him.)

locked by jobs, unable to get new jobs. (maybe it's one of the bug "features" though) or you are locked out a job by having too high morality. (of course nowhere is explained in game, only in forums)

the main character's standing model is good looking, yet grope animations and animations in general is bad.

plus the grind is very heavy... and boring... you get an unbeatable boss early on unless you grind really hard... the game is just terrible.

how is this a "completed" game i have no idea. felt like an abandoned demo... in fact i've just played abandoned demo games with much better content. MUCH much better.

PRO's
It is a good story idea over all (fantasy wise), and if humiliation, corruption, and over the top events are something you like in a fantasy >> you will like it.

CON's
The totally pure ending is pretty hard to get with out cheats. I guess not impossible but for me it was.

PERSONAL
It has all the kink's I like in a game, and for that reason I give it a very biased 5. As I would like to see more of these fetish type games.

However I know many will not like the fetishes in this game, and so my rating is biased in that regard.

SHOULD YOU PLAY
Very much worth a play-through if you liked other Combin Ation games you will like this one. ( and it is at least finished, many Combin games are not )

I do wish good ending's did not depend on walking non promiscuously through the game.
I like adult contend, and being a Whore( Or enjoying sex ) I don't think should be making the total difference, but rather choices made in the game as in good or evil decisions . ( but not totally on your promiscuous behavior )

After finishing the game for the first time I must admit: this is something I really really like.
No romantic story or softcore sex. Just the option of being evil to the limits or chose the friendly path (and let this game be something we've seen many times).
Since my fetishes are much into ryona, humiliation and rape ... this game is gold ^^

Seems that all (most?) parts that feature the dark stuff can be avoided, so maybe also a nice game for fans of good endings.

The graphics are ok, but not outstanding. Sexual partners/rapists are only black figures. The grinding is okish (try to get you costume ripped and fight police officers after that).
Regarding quality and story the game would deserves 3-4 stars. But features my favourite kinks that great makes it a 5.
