Also Emancipation could be low because NPCs "consume" those household stats, so to increase it quickly you might need more Advocates than you think, or you simply should host pro-willpower lectures at the shrine.
On the subject of the Advocate trait:

This might be hard to program, but I feel like the Advocate trait should be tied to their affection/happiness in addition to their willpower. A willful girl who doesn't like you is stirring the pot and trying to cause problems in your home, whereas a girl who is happy with her circumstances is telling others that they're lucky to be where they are, even if she hasn't been "broken" by you yet.

Basically, affection/happiness would be the determining trait as to who the girl is advocating for, you or the girls.

I don't know if you can make traits that are tied to other traits too, but if you could, it'd be interesting to see a sub-category of Advocate tied to corruption, where a girl with higher corruption extols the virtues of bdsm and the like.

I'm confused with this advice on the Arena, maybe it's outdated?

The only effect of adding an NPC to the arena (via city jobs) seems to be that they'll be in a sort of "bootcamp" developing their skills. Not fighting and earning you money. At least, nothing in game tells you that. If I try to go to the Arena, my only choice is to enroll myself to fight, then it's entirely possible to bring your whole combat team to fight with out. I can't find a setup that lets you put an NPC earning you 1k to 2k passively, every day, as in a very well paid job, which is what the "beginners guide, part 2" suggests.

place name is cloe's canyon, city control must be 27 or less if you want to find them for sure.
when you click them I tend to click save before I choose ENGAGE!, and keep loading the save until I find girls as opponents.

i still dont have answer about when or how fast they will "respawn" i can only guesses they will be showing up when i have control under some points in that case its 27 how about that on start i have 40 they will never showing after fight ?

Not sure if it it was different at the time the guide was written but now: If you interact with that NPC, you'll find a 'manage NPC' button instead of the usual talk, events, etc. that includes arranging a fight for her. It's not entirely passive since it's something you'll have to do every day but it's some easy daily cash early on, plus earning some fame for said NPC.

For example, how does Ikanos corruption, control, prosperity affect your business income and the mobs you have available to hunt?
Low control = more bandits spawning.
never tried it because it' means two NPCs won't be pulling their weight the whole day, or is training passive/cumulative with their day jobs?
Educator is a full time job, but their trainees can still have jobs while having an educator. They just have a penalty to raising their stats.

Out of curiosity, how do you deal with the food problem when you have a lot of NPCs? I need 80 rations per day now, and hunting animals isn't enough.
Having a Pantry Girl (NPC Menu ---> Titles) with the requisite domestic stat and other requirements in the pop up tooltip (i) will reduce food consumption by 1 rations per day for each NPC.

And yes, as mentioned previously, Zapin Fields will eventually solve all ration problems.
But I noticed that even with max Affection and 20 Respect (I use her in my party so that's slowly building up), her Disposition is still not enough to have her tell me everything she can about her background. Do we really need to break NPC's willpower and instill fear in order to squeeze every little dirty secret from their past?
High willpower 0 fear Aria should still give you her Background (red links to proceed to next) with just high Affection.
but I can't find a confirmation that Emancipation is raised by *uncorrupted* npcs with the Advocate trait. How does corruption factor in, is it a modifier or a threshold?
Advocates raise Emancipation if their willpower is 40+ and corruption 59 or lower.

Advocates' chance of affecting either Emancipation or Demoralization is calculated as:

Discipline + INT - adran - X

_adran is rolled from 1-100.

X is at 40 if their Respect is 5+, or Fear 5+, or Affection at Amiable (technically 70+, but Amiable starts at 60, so you will have to actually check the disposition for the actual affection number).

X is at 80 if their Respect is 25+

If your Advocate has an INT of 50 and a discipline of 50, and her respect is at 25, and the adran randomly rolls a 30, the full calculation is

50 + 50 - 30 - 80 = -10, meaning your advocate is not raising Emancipation since the sum needs to be at 1 or higher for her to.
when you click them I tend to click save before I choose ENGAGE!, and keep loading the save until I find girls as opponents.
Just press CTRL + R to refresh the screen if you just want to refresh the enemy list.

I'm having trouble branching between New World Order (NWO) and Slave Masters of Raana (SMR) quests, can someone assist?

I have Aria and the SMR quest by default. If I defeat the last mob in the Corazon area, SMR turns into NWO.
I want to remain on SMR, so I rolled back my safe before that quest finished and sold Aria.

When I sell Aria, SMR and NWO disappear from the quest menu. I can find Clea in the palace restaurant.

But I no longer have SMR. Did I mess up somehow?

I'm assuming I was never suppose to enter the Corazon area with intention to help Aria because the quest text changes even if I don't defeat the last mob.

Well affection already affects the Advocate trait, as stated in the wiki and by Clemency a few posts above, high enough affection gives a penalty of 40 to Advocate's chance of success.

As for changing the focus of the trait to affection/happiness, I disagree.

I hate the trait and there definitely should be a way to get rid of it other than Elixir of Serenity (perhaps high affection/happiness could give X% chance to lower it daily?).

But affection and happiness are too easy to manage in the game, it would make the trait meaningless or worse, a massive source of Demoralization and I would still want to get rid of it always.

SMR should continue/re-start after a while.

You just need to have high enough influence, IIRC, and you'll be summoned for a chat after a few weeks. IIRC.

Now, you did "sell" Aria to the Kymanto Syndicate, having trained her properly, right?

Yeah, but I'm not talking about stopping it from triggering. I'm talking about changing who the girls advocate for and what they aim to achieve in their advocacy. The trait as is kind of does that, but in a way that I'm not sure makes sense or is the most rewarding from a gameplay perspective. At the very least, I'd like to be able to influence the advocacy, similar to how we can influence the newspaper's effects.

I think if it was tied to affection/happiness, it really wouldn't make sense for it to demoralize the household in the first place, since the entire idea is that it'd not be aimed at breaking down a girl's will, instead opting to help them see the silver linings of their situation.

Maybe instead of making subtraits/jobs to assigns Advocates to, it could be a dialogue option/House Rule option to direct their advocacy at the different household stats, (Demoralization, Contentment, etc) with the stats they can affect depending on their own stats, like a miserable girl isn't able to boost Contentment.

I dunno. All I can say is as is, I think the trait could stand to be revised.

Gave this game another go, SMR questline was pretty neat

I was a bit disappointed that Clea can't be enslaved, no matter what. But my favourite part was realizing that city corruption is about to hit 90+, which means that I can sell my wives on the slave market and be celebrated for it. Got married lots of times after that, none of them saw what was coming.

Also, I like the accelerated pregnancy and aging, although it doesn't make much sense in-universe, and feels like cheating. It's quite janky, but by renaming some files, I can give my ex-wives' daughters their moms' sprites, and keep them around as little trophies to whore out.

I guess that's that, since I can't think of anything more diabolical to do

I used AI to make these two images that were missing for Av179, inter_maid.png and inter_eden.png
inter_maid.png inter_eden.png
I have a question, if I make something like one of the extra images such as inter_reveal or inter_harness2 or something, is there a way to add them to the already owned slaves?
