If you can keep their money above $300k, they will spend $300k during midnight to get 100 troops. And mass donate swords for power. I think the donation options are swords, rifles, and coil guns iirc. Avoid the coil guns since it is not point efficient.

I found the dx seller but nobody talks about it. Is withdrawal instant the first day you don't take it? It looks like a good boost for hard battles if you build up a stash.

discipline, as far as the worker themselves are concerned, all the relevant other stats are dependent on the foreman alone.

After defeating Bart in the quest from Armand, when you receive the stone, the message "Note from Stephan Masters added to Library!" also appears. There is no such message in the library. Has anyone seen this message? The code says "set $mastersletter to 1", but there is no such variable in it. Is that how it should be?
It's also strange that Bart Masters has only 5 warfame, although given his background and paragon status, I think it should be at least 400.

So far none of my npcs armor have needed repairs as the soak never changes while mine does. Does this count for all npc armor? I would like to outfit them with hulc or wega if I could ever save up enough if I dont need to micromanage repairs for npcs. Thanks

Edit: It also says I need an anvil for the quartermaster to repair some armors. Where is the anvil located to build?

NPC armor don't get damaged. You never have to bother repairing them consequently.
Anvil is actually Smithery in the Modules.

first you need to fully develop the dorms, only then you have the option to build an annex in your garden

yeah, it's directly tied to all the calculations that all occur simultaneously at 00.00, if you "conclude day" after 00.00 you won't even see them at all.

Abandoning one incurs a -8 penalty to your standing with them. Vassalizing required 100, max standing is 150. = Depends when you leave.
