Correct me if I understand you wrong. You are telling me that I need either turn myself in a killing machine and be able to defeat the Dengi King by myself or the alternative it´s play let´s say some hundreds (or thousands) of days doing basically nothing.

Because barring mass recruitment events ( and I have seen none at the moment, and I have seen some that bring down the Sky Guard number by hundreds), with the Republic in Pax Raanica ( before the invasion I was with Control in the high 80s, and going up), the only increase in strength for the Sky Guard it´s the trifle of slaves that I can send to them from the daily bounties, may be one and half or two per day on average.

Not an exciting perspective, really.

Oooh, could also have some 'emergency mobilization' events, where a merchant build could spend obscene amounts of cash to try to right the ship!

Raise a regiment of Skyguard veterans for triple pay!

Restore old mothballed howitzers from the Davidian war (house Teresto asks an unreasonable fee for refurbishment)!

Raise a regiment of city militia ('only' 5000 assault rifles + even more money for armor and upkeep)!

Also high devotion Atheism gives a passive 10% (IIRC) daily chance.

If you're looking for guaranteed wp, spending the night in the expensive rooms on the mastersphere has a 100% chance of wp gains as far as I know but I don't know if there's a cap. I spend 5 nights there when I'm hiring Milou and I always gain 5 wp that way, but that's always at relatively low wp.

The Jail Cell seems to be broken, maybe someone who knows how it's supposed to work could double check.
I have a slave imprisoned, intending for it to lower their willpower. The character page keeps saying "... incarcerated for 0 days." They get hungrier until starving despite the Jail Cell being set to "Auto Food: On", and stating "The Prisoner is fed: Yes." And their willpower stays the same.
This is in the unupgraded Jail Cell the house comes with. Upgrading does not make a difference. When i build a second cell the game names it "Holding Cell", doesn't work either though.

I saw prospecting gear in the general shop and got curious , the wiki gives good info on getting started and how to do it, but not where to sell the product. Gold ore sells for only $7 at the assembly plant. I cant find where to sell the gems at. Does anyone know?

Max HP isn't a stat you can raise directly anymore, it is calculated based on Strength, Stamina, and body type. So raise Str and Stam to max and set body type to the highest for their gender (5 for female, 9 for male)

The Market buys gems directly (Sell Materials, scroll down). They can buy Embryl off me for $6,500 (not sure what else affects prices). Nika buys crafted necklaces from gems. The option will show up once you crafted it and visited him (for example, in my account he will buy an Embryl necklace for $18,000).

So many things about this game I don't understand. I had an influence increase of about +330 per day. Latest update, played a while and now notice that I have -445 from Factions.??? I go to the Wiki. The wiki is just copy and paste from the game.
Game never warned me that if I got too many of my Ladies pregnant my spaces would be taken up with eighteen twelve year old children.
I have a Tavern full of performers because "Turner" turned all my waitresses into on stage strippers.
I don't mind grind to reach a goal but game developers need to honour the grind

The Dengi invasion really shows the limitations & fallacy of expanding MoR on a strategic level. A helpful way to counteract the invasion would be by allowing the player to invest into that dilapidated factory above Red Haven, increasing the Tech level of Raana society through a decimal multiplier. The lore can be mortar and artillery advancements.

yes ageing can kill you and your str, dex, stam are negatively affected by aging

Send a save file her or to bug reports in discord. The game can have display errors and other things. I do not think the bandit faction's influence malus is big enough.

That is a logical endpoint for having pregnancies, no. You can choose not to process them and they will stay in the nursery. Or you can go to page 3 of game settings and accelerate their aging. Or you can go to the Actions menu to age them up directly. Then you assign them as guards with a good captain to fast track their discipline (to 60+) so you can send them off if you want to get rid of them fast. They'll just be workers and not have some stellar jobs probably but you get rid of them without any demerits.

Well this one has to be on you, because Manager only works if you give Tuner a sufficient allowance and no other jobs, so you clearly made a choice.
