I think the negative effects of Feminist are overhyped.
Particularly since the effects completely flip once you get her sufficient (not that high) corruption, and the whole trait disappears once she's been sufficiently corrupt for long enough.
Now Pure OTOH is an absolute bullshit trait.

thanks man, and what abt $traitrel? From my deduction, it seems to be random traits and the values of it on an NPC seems to be the amount of random traits that NPC could have or am I wrong?

traitrel should be the Religion type.

How many guards are needed for Silfren Mine to be somewhat save?
Are 5 guards enough as it is suggested in the ingame-description?

I personally put 10 guards, never had any issues.
Does anyone know if any Political focus at the Palace affects the Rebel faction? Was wondering just in case for the future. There doesn't seem to be a detailed list of what all affects what (like Anti Control and Pro Corruption seem to affect some houses/factions).
Also, does anyone know if Aesir Faction not getting any Power Rating with Pro City Corruption is affected by a hidden variable. The first couple of times I pushed it to re-cross the 50 city mark to offset some loses from Newsroom they got 60 Power from it, but the next time I pushed it it only increased Kymanto Syndicate and House Teresto. Wondering if it's tied to either their total Power Value or City Corruption levels.

I'm in the process, late-game, of grinding all the negative traits out of my NPCs over what will probably end up being three or four game years. Its painstaking progress, requiring lots of spreadsheets and notetaking, endless clicking, and skipping through all the sexy parts that attracted me to the game in the first place...

Go on the wiki, there's like a starters guide on there. There's a load of different systems and mechanics at play in this game. The wiki usually has at least a broad breakdown of how they work.

How do i increase Disposition other than with higher affection? Juno will not give me her quest (Hopes and Dreams) because her disposition is not high enough apparently (it says "Affection +78" and everything else is +0). Her affection is Loving and her Willpower is 33, how much affection do i need? is affection alone not enough? how can i increase respect? (the only way i can think of is making her follow me and just win fights with her present, is there a passive way?)
so I have sold aria to kyrmanto, but I can't get the following slavemasters of ranaa quest. how to start the quest ? 3 weeks in game have passed already.
Pro-tip, if you save in the screen after pressing "add to household", you can essentially keep those bonuses, but re-roll her traits by loading the game.
Not the case actually, because of the Stormchild trait you can just fuck her until she's 120 int, no matter what int she starts with.
So in fact, if you were looking to min-max, you'd want everything other than INT on her.
