Clemency has given you the console command to reset the Valkyria encounter. So you:
1. Open your browser's console (it's under "Developer Tools" or similar, depending on browser)
2. Copy/paste the exact command (capital letters etc. are important):
SugarCube.State.active.variables.slavtest = undefined
3. Hit enter.
4. The Valkyria encounter should be reset. Go look for her.
5. If it doesn't work, complain here.
If you type in the command in the area the Valkyrie should appear, enter and exit the map so the game engine can pick up the change. When using console commands you generally have to enter and exit the screen you want to modify for them to activate.

Some traits don't show up on guys properly. IIRC Oral Fixation is (unless it's been fixed) another one that doesn't show up on guys even though they might have it.
You mean the debug-menue? --> A lot of statistics are not showing up in the debug-menue, it needs to be reworked. Thats the reason i always save a savefile manually on my harddisk and then manipulate it through HTML-Browsergames-Savefileeditors to change the values. But actually i think the submissive-trait is actually showing up in the debug-menue. I don´t remember if it is TIER 4 - exclusive or something or not.
EDIT: Zarkhy is right about that. On men the submissive-trait is called "docile" instead.

This is a whole another issue. Mostly sex related traits don't show up on male slaves.

go to the Masters of Raana folder,
go into pics,
scroll down to AvRan and go into it,
Scroll down and AV184 should be there,
Copy the pics you want into AV36,
in-game, you might need to fiddle with some of her settings, like ensuring she is 18+.
