Yes player can obtain some traits for example i gained war hero, master of virgins, warlord of raana, bank of ikanos benefactor, defender of ikanos, dominus, harem lord, master of mares and savior of ikanos after start

This may be a dumb question. But the Dev should put it in the game journal. What is the name of your brothers old slave? It gets kind of confusing after page three of slaves.

If you are getting decision paralysis over a game like this, you need a self-help guide not a game guide
Just create a hard save before each major decision so you have the option to go back if you want, I find that when I do that I never choose to go back anyways so problem solved eh

How are people getting 20k+ everyday from church and fort sera (factions)etc..

Well it's a nerf if you're on a very long game and had been donating to them for a long time.
For the other factions still, the money they give you is tied to their power value, so if you just keep donating to them their power value will keep going up and thus will your income.
Used to be I kept pushing all my extra food to the Catholics to increase their PV. Still pushing Merchandise to the Muslims.
Though I don't know anyone other than Clemency who's making something crazy like 20k+ from factions, and looking at what he's doing with this game would be like comparing your football skills to David Beckham (I know there are better football guys than Beckham, I just don't know football
