VN - Ren'Py - Masters of the Island [Day 4] [NSFW Gamer]

A sequel to one of my favorite games! and boy does this one really, really! really deliver.

Taking place many years later where we play as the son of the previous games MC was a great place to take the story. More family means more fun in this world!

I enjoy the new setting as well, while the 'wrestling' focus was always cute and fun I think having the island of family love is a great next step!

I think the character designs really jump up a notch here, some amazing returning characters with so many amazing new ones

I also want to praise the dev for this step up in writing, I always though he was a good writer but you can tell that he took all of his knowledge and experience from the first game and brought it here.

Overall just another great game with a basic perfect tag list for me, i can't wait to see more and i truly hope there is so much more of this game to come (and please just keep making more dev! you're doing so good)

First of all: I think the game is solidly made.
I also think the characters are really well done. I love tattoos and piercings.
Some of the dialog is pretty funny.

I can get excited about the topic of open relationships and incest.

And now, unfortunately, comes my but ...
For me, the story feels like an "I fuck the whole extended family" and at some point I lose track .....

From that point of view, something like a family tree would have been very helpful.

I will certainly continue to play the game, but only 4 points from me. With a family tree it would be 5.

Well what can be said? If you loved the first game, you'll love the side-quel, unless the engine isn't to your tastes, everything else is just more of the same, and if you loved it then why wouldn't you want even more. Only thing i wish the game had was a relations guide, who is related to who and how, other than that it's just more feel-good swinging incest and that is a very unserviced niche. This game is a solid four out five for me, i feel confident in saying so after having played the first three days now.

If you haven't played the first game i struggle to see how much enjoyment you could really get out of this, it'd basically just be a confusing story and a porn scene stream. Play the first game bro.

This VN wasn't for me. It wasn't the writing as much as the look. I'm leery of VNs with HS to begin with as too often the models look too cartoonish for my tastes.

In this one they look more like aliens from another planet with the hair and weird looking eyes. Also there are FAR too many tats and piercings, a major turn off. Some just flat out look unattractive like the one main character's mom.

There are also a lot of characters thrown at you very quickly which doesn't allow the dev to do much in the way of character building. It's hard to really care about characters that you don't really know.

It can also be a bad idea to have multiple MCs unless carefully done as it disrupts story immersion.

If you like real world looking characters then this VN isn't going to be for you.

Loving it so far. Miss the graphics of NSFW, but it's a fun story and I love the introductions to the old gang. It's fun trying to figure out who is who's offspring when they're introduced and I can't wait for more. Not often a new game based on a beloved one FEELS the same as the previous, but this one does. And that's despite the different, more realistic renders here. Keep up the great work Dev.

With his prior game, the dev cemented himself as one of my very favorite developers. While I can't say I dug everything that game (or this one) contained, sharing, multiple pen and partners and a generally fun and liberated approach to sexuality is 100% my jam. I routinely pull up that game (particularly the White Christmas episode) to, uh, "reminisce."

We're off to a great start here as this is a continuation of his previous game, but the player doesn't need to have played it for this to make sense. That said, the first game is so good, I highly recommend it if you dig Koikatsu. Of course, returning fans will see some familiar faces and catch references.

Obviously, a game with no negatives is a pretty high bar with some caveats. Caveat 1 is that my tastes might not align with yours, but given the dev is extremely upfront with what kind of content he creates and this game contains, you'll know pretty much instantly whether or not this game is for you. I think the other caveat is the graphics; I can't really say if they're as good as they could be, but I know some people could have issues with either the Honey Select models and/or animations. I personally like HS quite a bit and have a pretty low bar to clear when it comes to animations and such, so there's that, but again, you know your tastes and it should be apparent if you will like this or not on those fronts.

Normally, I don't like to review games so early, but I am extremely confident in this as the dev has a proven track record of not only creating exceptionally steamy content, but also sticking to a schedule and not making his fans wait interminable periods of time for updates.

One last note is that I joined his Patreon and there's probably not a higher endorsement I can give than that.

well if you want a quick fap it probably won't happen. first scene is a blowjob but aside from that there are straightforward relatively fast build up of erotic scenes.

i played with the previous version so i know the backstory so for me it was interesting. it was about the new cast's parents, who appear here as well.

everything is lovey-dovey incest-sharing some occasional futas.

everything is almost "too" consensual. well the game is full of nonchalant happiness so if you don't get envious of it and hence wanna off yourself for being lonely unlike them then you will probably like it.

the characters are by far the best in the show. i dont really like the sex scenes but the characters are so alive that i cant stop watching. you completely forget that they are "written" by someone and you actually immerse yourself into the story due to that.

usually what happens (from previous game) is that first few days get increasingly more sexual then it's just a fuckfest. this is only day1 so it's probably gonna be a good game. so i give it a preemptive 5/5 even if i can't fap to day1 and actually want to minecraft myself for feeling lonely watching this haha.
