What is backwards compatible, like how do you make it compatible? Every time I try to use a different a pose with different genesis # it just makes the model look weird. Like it tries to do the pose but it would look really weird and not in the right positions and its hands would stick in his/her leg or head or something like that.
G3 and G8 differ but the main difference is that the origin (zero) of bones is not the same. This is a systematic différence that can be hand corrected, but there are converters.
This converter adds a slider in parameters that allows to correct the pose (and it is free)
