Probably just one ending, the story is going to be mostly linear, I can see where you're coming from though!
That's very sad to hear. The idea of a scanner to track the heroine's condition was pretty much killed by one linear route in the game. At this stage of the game, my expectations included that we would actually be able to influence how events would unfold later on. It's disappointing that this doesn't happen.
Edit: This game somewhat reminded me of the game Nebel Geisterjäger, in that game we also had a scanner, but without showing us a picture of the heroine. But you had a phone and could call her. The juicy part was that she started breathing heavily and moaning a bit when she fought. In the beginning, there was no danger of someone stealing her, so when such a person appeared, you couldn't be sure if she was just out of breath from the heat of battle or what was really going on. That's what the cameras were for, first with bad visuals and later with HD. Your game reminded me a lot of that, so of course I was a little disappointed that no one else was coming up with ideas like that. By the way, in that game we were able to save the heroine completely, although it was very difficult.
In general, I enjoyed this game much more than Klee Prank Adventure, although in both cases I'm not familiar with the source material.
What I found lacking: You made a great plot hook for the mysterious NTR, but immediately ruined all the intrigue with direct hints (e.g. red color of text, detailed discussions after missions, other characters revealing everything that happened to them). Scanner is also too perfect in this regard, showing the stream with a girl online. You can call me a nitpicker, but that's just my opinion. The scenario the characters found themselves in was perfect for hints, suspicions, gradual revelations, and so on. But in the end, we get everything thrown in our faces without any trace of suspense.
And one last thing. Judging from the comments, you correctly conveyed that the protagonist and Maya are just co-workers, rather than people interested in each other. I thought that was a strange choice for an NTR game. It seems to me that it would be worth making it more obvious that the main character is interested in Maya as a woman and not just cares about her well-being.
