Identify MC are given a mansion

I played a game were the mc are given a mansion/house in another town by a mysterious man.
When he travel to that town he meets a girl that invites him to live with her.


When he enters the house there is a gift from the man where MC is given money so he can renovate the house.

That´s about what Ican remember

Edit: The girl he meets is kinda a countrygirl and if I don´t remember wrong MC´s mom and sister is comming to visit
