Played this game a while back but cant seem to remember the title.
What i remember is:
MC is a hunk, maybe middle aged, successful financially, gets back with an old crush/gf who is going thru some financial crisis.
The woman has a daughter/niece, i think, who is engaged but the MC basically cucks the fiance in front of the whole family at a dinner table. The daughter/niece has either purple or blue hair. More cucking scenes in the bedroom too where fiance is forced to watch.
The fiance also gets tricked into some kinda medical transformation and turned into a horny chick. Mad shit. There's a scene with the doctor fucking the transformed chick which the MC can join in too, i think.
A tattooed lesbian also shows up at some point in the story but i cant remember properly.
