Do you know anything else about the game? There are a quite a few games with some type of time loop. Sometimes it's a game mechanic, but sometimes it's just a plot device. Does MC control the time loop? Is MC trying to get out of the time loop or use it to accomplish something? Any other seemingly less relevant information that you can remember could also be helpful for helping people narrow down the game, like character descriptions, locations, game mechanics, or almost any detail could be something to help someone who's played the game recognise it
