Identify MC Wakes up in hospital

The MC wakes up in the hospital, and a demon/angel help him escape from the police that are waiting for him down the hall. He has to find his clothes and get dressed, grab a screwdriver out of a drawer and climb out the window. Then a woman hits him with her car (or almost) and ends up taking him home and giving him a room. I think the MC was getting a BJ in the car when someone sideswiped him, which is why he was in the hospital in the first place. I cannot for the life of me remember the name of this game. I think it has sandbox elements while the MC is at the lady's house.
