EDIT:i can't seem to interact with anything and my healthbar doesnt show, the only thing on screen is three different colored square that do nothing. What do i do?

It seems that the only world that works is 1-3. You can get there by going to the right of the starting area and by pressing the DOWN Arrow to get into the pipes

I bet nintendo shot this shit down real fast like they did with PUT, they're not really appreciative of fan use of their IPs.
