I might combine the NTS and Love paths with different choice options — like whether the wife stays with the MC or they swap partners. I see there’s some reaction to that. I’ll think it through more carefully when working on part 2, and I’ll add a Love Path scene in version 0.8.

If you just mix them together, I would rather let you delete love path completely. If love path has none of his special scene/event or just some cheap variant of nts path, you don't even need to add back love path in your part 2 game, just focus on what your patreon/subs support. You can't really gain both side of support if you mix them together. As I said before, continue developing path as a equal to other two paths, or you just delete the love path.

Of course, nothing will stop you from mixing two path together and you should do what you think the best for your game. However, I would definitely stop playing this game cause love path is the only reason I am still playing a optional NTR game.

I'm definitely one of those who played the love path. I would only be interested in the NTR/NTS path if it was Eva being a cuckquean (MC doin the NTR'ing). Also i'm interested on when or if the MC is gonna sleep with the daughters and Julia.

It's not even this for me (at least it isn't 100%). You give an option to play in a cheat mode being able to manipulate the story to the users taste further than your intended routes - this is how I have always played.

Regarding the wife, so far all my choices have fallen into the "love" path except for once where she went NTS with sharing her husband with nurse. Nothing outside this has intrigued me at all into seeing the other options (bums and interracial isn't going to do it for me).

The 'daughter' (that works at hospital) unfortunately has been a dead character in my play-through. Her "love" route to my surprise first time playing was some random dude at hospital. I mistook the planned incest tag as her with the MMC - I'm not holding out hope for this any longer. I think I've only seen her once with the blonde nurse and that's it.

The last couple updates I can't even think of a scene involving the MMC, it just became boring. You've introduced the sister in law and 2 more children but nothing involved with MMC and making the incest the newly introduced son with daughter was a kick in the balls for what I wanted from the beginning.

You will take on the role of the head of the family, but you will also be able to partially control the actions of Eva and Karin.

I feel this has also been reversed at some point.

I can stomach to an extent some NTS if it's something like the MC actively banging Eva with someone else. If the sharing content is having the MC just sitting there and watching while NPC's just fuck her, that'll be a hard pass for me. Regarding the incest, I agree with your take that the son is gonna be the one primarily involved with the incest because we already have a scene in the Halloween special where he gets some head from Karin. I would much prefer that the MC is the one primarily involved with the incest. But i think the way MC is written and rendered (doesn't seem to be in shape or have a chad-like look), he is primarily there to be either a willing or forced cuck, whereas most of the content with Karin and Eva seems to be heading in the direction of them being dogged out/onaholes.

if you are looking for incest don't think it's the right game for that. It might happen with the MC eventually but I get the feeling it's more gonna be between siblings as this is more of a NTR and NTS game. But as far the relationships goes Karin is his daughter Eve is his wife. I forget if the other girl in the family is his daughter too or what that one im a bit confused on without a replay. I think she might be his niece ( I forget her name) and the other the big one with big tits is his sister in law.

I did enjoy, the love path at times. Yeah, I would take nts scenes sometimes, but at times it felt like you kind of forced content on nts path I wish was avoidable too, was another reason I enjoy love path scenes.

I'll give two examples. I said our wife could go have lunch with dude, early in game, immediately, that switches to she does something sexual with cleaner when he leaves didn't like that.
Much later in game, Maddison wants to show us sexy pics or something, can't remember exactly, but seemed focused on her, next moment we are watching wife is sucking off cleaner again, even though I never did anything with him in past.

I wish you didn't force characters on us when we select a nts scene thinking its about a different character or moment and should have a way to stop it beforehand, like a second choice. That is another reason I like love path scenes cause of forced interactions like the above.

Also, I really hope you give our character some fun with Katrin soon. We had tease in bathroom early on, then nothing.

I’m wrapping up the final scene of version 0.8 featuring Eva, but before that, I’d like to share a small glimpse of the upcoming atmosphere.
After a long work week and her last night shift, Eva finally gets a well-deserved day off — one she plans to spend with her sister. Heart-to-heart talks, a bit of alcohol, and some sweet messages with her husband… It could have been a perfectly calm day.

So before I get started. This is only my ideas and its always depends to Dev decision and I'm not forcing them to do it. They have their own plans in the story and their game.

Since it's focus to medical field I will just bring up some ideas. For me I think when Eva returned to the Hospital (it can be different time frame, I know that the Dev have some plans ahead after Eva got a vacation) there is an old patient haven't yet able to be circumcised. And Eva will take part the procedure, then Eva can't circumcised the patient since he is erected because of Eva. Then the Netorare act Eva helped him find his relief. The procedure can be skipped so that it won't take time.

I also find the part interesting where Eva had a talk to Mr. Fuga (the prison head I think) and asked her to do a consultation, sadly it didn't end up the way as I expected (That part really teases me and damn I really wanted to see what will happen if that damn guard didn't come haha ). I'd like to see that (it might be or not the prison head) there will be also a man who doesn't had an erection for several years and Eva check him up and did her best for him to achieve erection, at first Eva will give him like a erection tablet then still didn't work then that's how the Netorare act will happen.

Kudos to the Dev I hope in the future your game will explode. I just dropped a review to this 10/10. I'll drop another discussion in the future when an update releases.
