Identify Medieval-Era RPG Game that lets you Capture Criminals and Molest Them

The title explains it all. I'm trying to find an old game I played where you star as a soldier responsible for patrolling around the inner walls of a castle and arresting anyone who breaks the law. If they're women, you can lock them up and basically run a gallery mode on them by fucking them in whatever way you see fit. Each girl's procedurally generated too.
