Seeking Medieval/fantasy game where MC builds his harem?

Looking for a game set in medieval/fantasy worlds where MC is (or becomes) the King/Ruler/Lord and can make up an actual harem of women including the queen/slaves/concubines etc. I think something like the game A Knight's Tale but with more women, more King/Slave dynamic and without too much romance. The game Lord King is similar but set in post apocalyptic modern world. Only such game that came close was Tyrant's Quest but the harem isn't the sole focus of the game.

EDIT:
I should mention that I'm mostly looking for a VN/Sandbox and not RPGM/text-based games. Also not looking for NTR/Futa content (avoidable is fine of course). Tyrant Quest with a bigger cast, better animation/art and more focus on Harem would be the ideal game I'm looking for.
