Looking for a game where the mc starts as a soldier during what i recall to be the 100 years war, the mc fights in battles where you have to make decisions and those decision effect the eventual battles you fight and your hp in them etc. As the story progresses the mc gets promoted to man at arms and then sergeant I think? Some lewd scenes like with a french noble lady and a nurse in the warcamp. I believe it was 2d and there were quite a lot of options like weapons armor and different decisions and stats etc. Any help would be appreciated! Its been driving me nuts these last few days.
