Im looking for a game i played a while ago. It was set in the Middle Ages and the mc was some sort of prince/king who got poisened. The only way to save the mc was for his mother to kiss him while asleep or something of the sort. When the mc wakes up he finds his mother hovering over him when her bra or dress slips revealing a single breast the. U get the option to suck on said breast as the mc. Of you choose to them it switches to the mother and you get the option to either let him keep sucking or remove hime from your nipple. This is all I remember about this game.
