Mega not downloading fully?

I have tried to use Mega three times today, all for smaller files not needing an account and spaced over 8 hours.

Mega would go halfway to three quarters of the way and then just pause. It would not popup the 'beg for money' post and would not continue working regardless of what else I tried.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I also had some difficulties with downloading things from Mega some time ago. When the files were something like 1GB+, it would just fail partway through. So I started using the MegaSync application when downloading anything that isn't like tiny, and that solved the problem for me.

Can confirm that megasync will likely solve the issue. I absolutely hate using mega for anything larger than a few megs.
