Seems like a mega have changed the way there app works. It'll no longer pick up downloading a file where it left off if you exit the app.
If you run out of quote you can't exit the app change VPN location and reopen the app. It will restart which ever download was running so if t you are trying to download a large file that is to bifg for a single quota your only option is to leave yourself logged into the app for 5 hours.
